3 bedroom luxury villa overlooking the golf course in Villa martin great location minutes to golf shops and restaurants it's close to the plaza la Zenia boulevard also just 5 minute drive to the beautiful la zenia a minutes walk but on the same street is a lovely swimming pool that also has a children's pool ,sun beds,shades that has a great service for food and drinks at a very reasonable price. The villa isn't your standard rental villa it's comfortable home from home with 3large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes 1super king beds with comfy mattresses a double bedroom and a twin room there is large bathroom with double sinks shower and bath .theres also a large living dining room kitchen with utility and a further 2 terraces one at the front seating for 4 plus one at the back seating for 8 with built in BBQ which overlooks the beautiful golf course also a large roof terrace with sun beds .
