Fab Fulham Flat sleeps a maximum of 4 persons, with one double bed in the main bedroom and one double bed in the study. A travel baby cot is also available for infants aged up to 2 years.

Newly refurbished throughout, the apartment consists of a double bedroom; a contemporary styled living room with smart television (Netflix, BBC iplayer, etc) and DVD player; an open-plan kitchen with pod coffee machine, gas hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher; a level-access shower room and toilet; and an open study containing the second comfortable double bed.

All bath towels are provided, as well as sheets and bedding for the two double beds and baby cot. Laundry facilities and wi-fi are also available.

Great stay in London

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to amenities, restaurants, and shops, with easy access to underground stations, making it convenient for getting around the city.

Very comfortable and well located.

We found all we needed for dining and groceries withing easy walking distance. The neighborhood is a great mix if cultures. Access to transportation is good.

Nice stay at a comfortable flat

We Could Have Lived Here

This flat was everywhere as fabulous as it is advertised. Wayne was super helpful and replied to all correspondence quickly and the flat also had a super helpful compendium for use as well. The location was great, and right near the Fulham underground. Thanks again for an amazing stay!

We had a great stay in London and we liked the apartment very much. The location (Fulham) is also very pleasantly quiet in contrast to the city. In the North End Road there are many small shops for normal shopping, wonderful.

Very nice flat. Great location.

Very nice apartment with a nicely appointed kitchen and spacious living area. Just one thing to be aware of- The second room has a very comfortable bed but fits tightly in the room. The room offers no privacy or extra room to move around as there is no door or screen separating the room from the hallway. I would recommend this flat.

Really good place!

This was a great place for our short stay! Close to two tube stations (Distrct Line) and full of good places to eat. Our daughter got to have her own space. The only qualifications are that the notes and tourist resources are a bit out-of-date—several restaurants in Wayne’s book are no longer open. Great value!

Good value for the cost

We had everything we needed at this flat. It was quiet (occasional footsteps from upstairs flat, but not often and not too loud), well located close to shops and produce stands, and the owner was responsive whenever we contacted him.

Location, location, location. Clean, comfortable and safe

The apartment is in an outstanding location in the borough of Fulham in southwest London. It is close to restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, fruit stands and a variety of other commercial establishments. The Fulham-Broadway underground station and the West Brompton underground and overground station are 10 minute walks and 24 hour bus service is available on several routes just a couple of blocks away. For football fans, Stamford Bridge is a 10 minute stroll; Craven Cottage is only about 15 minutes away. Our only complaint is that the north facing basement apartment is a bit dark. There were several non functioning light fixtures during our stay. Owner Wayne was aware of the issue but the light bulbs needed to be special ordered and were not replaced during our visit. Overall, a great find and we would definitely stay there again.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Souterrain Wohnung

Ich habe selten eine so ausgestattete Wohnung gefunden. Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain ist aber hell und angenehm. Der Vermieter ist gut erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Man muß aber bedenken, dass Fulham in der Anflugschneise zu Heathrow liegt und deshalb von 5:00 - 23:00 Fluglärm herrscht.

Gute Lage für London Besuch

Wayne war sehr freundlich in der Kommunikation, der Check-in mit Schlüsselbox war problemlos. Ausstattung der Wohnung/Küche war gut, inkl. Kaffee und Spülmaschinentabs. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain, eine steile enge Treppe führt nach unten. Gelegentliche Laufgeräusche der Nachbarn oben. Insgesamt idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Trip nach London, Geschäfte um die Ecke, Tube ca. 8 Minuten Fußweg.

Sfeervol souterrain appartement

Sfeervol appartement, goed uitgeruste keuken en zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Wayne reageert direct bij een vraag. Veel restaurants binnen een straal van 15 minuten lopen. Openbaar vervoer op loopafstand: bussen en metro. Kortom een topplek!

Tolle Wohnung in Fulham

Die Wohnung ist toll. Die Einrichtung ist top .Man ist in 5 - 8 min an der U-bahn. Von dort aus ist man sehr schnell in der Innenstadt. In unmittelbarer nähe sind viele Pubs ( besonders empfähle ich das "Wolfpack " und die "Cook Taverne).Auch jede menge Supermärkte sind vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter Wayne war super. Wir können diese Wohnung empfählen. The apartment is great. The décor is top. The décor is top. You are in 5 - 8 minutes at the subway. From there you are very fast in the city center. In the immediate vicinity are many pubs ( especially I recommend the "Wolfpack" and the "Cook Taverne"). Also a lot of super Markets are on the doorstep. Communication with our landlord Wayne was great. We can recommend this apartment.

I've had my flat for about 12 years and spent the years renovating and modernising it mostly myself (with the help of professional plumbers and electricians) to its current high standard.

I love to travel to out of the way places, in Europe, north Africa and the Middle East particularly, but enjoy both busy cultural trips as well as easy-going relaxed breaks.

I enjoy experiencing the local flavour of places I visit, whether it be food, drink, local markets or simply whiling away the time in a cafe soaking up the atmosphere.
