Arrow Point is beautifully positioned on the eastern shores of Lake Coeur d'Alene, 18 miles south of downtown Coeur d'Alene and 19 miles north of Harrison. The public beach, pool, volleyball court, and marina are mere steps away, as is a boat shuttle that connects to the nearby golf resort. There are approximately 40 hiking trails and 80 parks in the area surrounding Harrison, which you can explore when you're not boating, swimming, kayaking, and fishing in Lake Coeur d'Alene. Downtown Harrison is also home to a variety of unique shops, galleries, restaurants, and the legendary Harrison Creamery and Fudge Factory.

Bad Neighbors

Deceiving photos. The residents of our building were not allowed to use most of the amenities- no beach, no dock, no access to restaurant. Grass and volleyball court were covered in goose poop and unusable. Neighbor used unit as a commercial kitchen cooking smelly fish for the wealthy family in buildings next door completely blocking hallway and access with food deliveries, raw fish, and food carts.

Dated, Sufficient, Inaccurate

Although the property is dated, it met our needs and I would return at the right price point. The listing states sleeps 10, but only 9. States there's a pool but I was scoffed at when asked where it was. The road to get there is pretty sketchy. Hard to find where to go at arrival after dark/ where to park. Mattress in master bed was worse than subpar. Kitchen supply needs organizing and updating. Spice rack from the 80s needs trashed.. 9 wine openers seems overkill.. Carpet in bathrooms should never be a thing, especially for rental property. After all that, I would still like to come back in summer.. the balcony would be lovely and at the right price, my kids thought the dated-ness was a novelty.

The location is great. View is great. Size of the unit is nice. As others have mentioned, there are some general maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Cabinets in the kitchen with poorly fit doors etc. But the bath tub in the children's room is unusable as the handle comes off in your hand when you try to turn the hot water off. It would have also been nice to know before going to NOT follow the detour. We drove all the way around only to find the road closed within a mile of the complex. We then had to double back and drive past the original detour sign. The road construction also made it impossible for us to get to Harrison with the family for a burger. This is not the fault of the owner, but some warning before going would have been nice. We would have brought more food with us. We MIGHT return.

Nice views, 30 minutes from CDA

Really nice views and clean. The unit is a little dated, you can see that from the photos. You are 30 minutes from CDA. There might be but I’m not sure if there are any restaurants or grocery stores closer than CDA. Which made it a little inconvenient but if stock up or you get provisions delivered before you get there the unit is fine.

A relaxing time in Harrison

Our group [3 long time couples] enjoyed the beauty AND the privacy of this picturesque place! We wanted a COVID get away and we were not disappointed! Our original goal was to golf, and we did get one round in at the beautiful Circling Raven, but during the round it started to SNOW...we knew we might be pushing our luck! We did lose power for a short time, so got ready by finding candles and a lighter [THANKS!]. Our accommodations were good. We all enjoyed our time together! I can imagine how much fun it is in warmer weather!

Perfect in every way except , could not get TV in main room to work which made me miss a football game or two but in no way did that disrupt me too much. Carpet needs cleaned. Place is perfect and clean with the exception of the carpet which makes the place look dirty.

Nice stay

We had a really good time at this condo, it was not set up for 10 guest as it stated when booking. Two of the beds were in a closet/storage area as it appears the bed frames were damaged. We made it work and would consider booking again. I would recommend that you pack what you need, quite a drive back to town...very slow moving after the freeway turn off.

Disgustingly Filthy

This Condo was dirty on arrival and one shower was broken; Vacasa didn't get anyone to fix it for 5 days & then we had to wait 4 hours for the plumber to show up & fix it (on our vacation time). Tan carpeting almost black & very stained in the high traffic areas. Couch and chairs all stained. No light bulbs in the living room lamps, 4 out of 6 bulbs out in the dining room fixture. Smoke detector in living room missing (wires hanging out of the wall). Ice maker doesn't work. Outdated TV in 2nd bedroom not working. Broken ironing board. No kitchen dish towels. Kitchen faucet broke towards the end of our stay. Another call for a repair. 🤨 Nasty old & dirty mops in the pantry. This condo is definitely NOT taking care of by the owner and Vacasa. We paid a lot of $ for our 3 week vacation and Vacasa was indifferent to the poor condition and lack of cleanliness of this property. I have rented several other properties from Vacasa and never had an issue. However, the lack of concern from Vacasa has lost me as a returning guest for any properties they manage. Renters Beware!!!

Leaking dishwasher, no sat-tv

great condo configuration. Unfortunately, after many calls to vacasa, no positive action on either leaky dishwasher or non-working satellite tv. After several calls they sent a housekeeper, who could do nothing but give us extra towels to sop up the water on the kitchen floor. next, vacasa said they would "build a fire" under the property manager. That brought the housekeeper and her husband who pulled out the dishwasher and determined that it needed more than he could do. As of our checkout, nothing was done to get the problem fixed. TV never did work on the satellite, only on the roku box. Sorely dissappointed in dealing with property management (if there is any).

This condo has amazing views, no matter which part of the condo you are in. Very spacious, kids bunk-room is fun because it has an additional play room, loved the laundry room. The kitchen has the necessities how ever it could use a blender. The property manager is very nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay and hope to be back soon. Tvs in rooms dont have remotes, but I didnt feel they were neccesary - helps you enjoy the place and the serenity

Not worth the money.

We were too late to find a house on the lake, so we gave this a try. Great view, but that is it. There is nowhere to park our boat trailers. We had to launch and leave the trailers across the Lake for six days. We found out when we left that it’s a three day max... so you don’t even have that option. You can park your boat at the marina and use the pool, but that’s it. The rest is for the Gozzar Ranch owners. Room is in need for updating. I would not stay here again.

Family Reunion Fun

We were very comfortable in this home. It was clean and provided many kitchen supplies which made for convenient meal preparation. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, our group had plenty of privacy. We also enjoyed the use of the pool, and the view of the lake was gorgeous.
