About this property

Idyllic casita in Soller with garden and pool

Mallorcan casita (a small finca) in the pretty valley of Soller. Quiet rural location, with its own terrace and garden. Outside grill available. Pick your oranges in your own garden. Wonderful view of the mountains.

The casita (a closed small house) has a bedroom with two beds (which can be pushed together), a shower-bath, living room with sofa bed and open kitchen, bar and dining table.
Swimming pool, almost for you alone (the pool is only for you and the annex where an older couple lives).
Dishwasher, washing machine and satellite TV available. Spanish and German TV channels. WiFi available.

The casita is tastefully decorated in a Mallorcan style.
Particularly nice: the use of natural stones outside and inside (for example in the bathroom).

You can walk to the Soller market square in 20 minutes.
The beach of Port de Soller can be reached by historic tram or by car in max. 10 mins.

Marga is a fantastic host. She is so welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The house was perfect for two people. It had a beautiful swimming pool. A lovely shaded garden. The location of the house was perfect for us. A ten minute walk into Soller or about 30 minutes to walk to Port de Soller. Thank you Marga

Excellent! Marga gave us a warm welcome! The overall accommodation including your own pool as described and, in our opinion, leaves nothing to be desired! If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you have come to the right place! Less than a 10-minute walk away, in the centre of Soller, but you can also get your money's worth in another way... with delicious food and cool drinks! Excellent location for hiking! For water lovers, it's a 9-minute drive or by bus towards the port! Also very nice to stroll! We'd love to come back! Many thanks to the hostess!

Perfekt Unterkunft mit grandioser Gastgeberin
Die kleine Unterkunft ist perfekt und hat einen wunderschönen eigenen Pool. Hier hatten wir alles, was wir mit unserer 6 Monate alten Tochter brauchten. Auch wenn es nebensächlich ist, der Wasserdruck und die Handtücher sind außergewöhnlich gut 😊

Charmante casita avec une belle vue sur la montagne
Beaucoup de charme pour cette casita entourée d'un très beau jardin avec citronniers, romarins, pruniers...Et surtout, un très grand merci à Marga pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa générosité, une belle rencontre! Un frigo bien rempli ...nous n'avons jamais vu ça. La casita est très propre avec tout le confort. La literie est de bonne qualité. Die Lage ist super. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 10 Min. bis ins Zentrum von Soller. Haus und Grundstück sind außergewöhnlich, sehr gepflegt, sehr komfortabel. Mit Details wie ein gefüllter Kühlschrank, einem Vorrat an Teelichten, Spüli, u.a.m. fühlten wir uns von der Eigentümerin wirklich verwöhnt.

Super schöne Finca in Fussweite von Soller Centrum
Sehr schönes Haus mit schöner Lage. Man hört allerdings die Autos der wenig befahren Landstraße . Toll wäre, wenn es ein Doppelbett statt 2 Einzelbetten im Schlafzimmer gäbe. Sehr ärgerlich war, dass die Nachbarn mit Presslufthammer mehrere Tage Ihren Pool gebaut haben. An Ausschlafen war nicht zu denken. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Marga war klasse. Wenn die Bauarbeiten der Nachbarn beendet sind, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Schöne Casita inmitten von Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen
Sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus in wunderbarer Umgebung und einem schönen Pool. Die Vermieterin hat uns mit einem gut gefüllten Kühlschrank überrascht, wobei vor allem die Orangen und Zitronen großartig waren. Sóller bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt und ist als Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten bestens geeignet.

Un havre de paix
Nous nous sommes détendus dans ce havre de paix pendant 10 jours. Nous y retournerons nous l'espérons d'autant que Marga la propriétaire est charmante, accueillante, communicante (si vous parlez espagnol) et fait tout pour faire plaisir. Tout était parfait. Idéal pour un séjour à deux pour se reposer au bord notamment de la superbe piscine. Très jolie vue des montagnes de Soller depuis la terrasse.

It's even better than the photos. A quiet neighbourhood 10 minutes walk from Soller's main square. A private slice of nature with the mountains in the background. Citrus trees growing all around. A wonderful pool area with a stunning salt water swimming pool. As great as the property is, it's made even better by the warmth and generosity of Marga, who owns the Casita and who lives next door. Muchas Gracias for a perfect week!

Traumhafter Platz zum Entspannen mit Bergpanorama
Wir haben 10 wundervolle Tage in dem Haus, das herrlich einfach eingerichtet, in dem aber alles gut vorhanden ist. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Obwohl das Haus nicht weit vom Zentrum Sollers entfernt ist, ist es schön ruhig gelegen. Gern werden wir wiederkommen.

Traumhafte Casita
Wir hatten einen unserer schönsten und erholsamsten Urlaube in dieser traumhaften Casita. Diese befindet sich in einer angenehm ruhigen aber auch zentralen Lage - das Zentrum von Sóller ist zu Fuß in 15 - 20 Minuten erreichbar - und bietet einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen. Die Casita ist sehr gut eingerichtet und wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an pudelwohl gefühlt. Die schöne große Küche wurde von uns gerne zum Kochen genutzt, um dann auf der Terrasse mit tollem Bergpanorama zu essen. Sowohl der liebevoll bepflanzte Garten als auch der super schöne Pool sind ein Traum und bieten viel Platz zur absoluten Erholung. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Inhaber, Marga und Toni, waren bei Fragen jederzeit zur Stelle und unglaublich herzlich und selbst mit unserem eher mittelprächtigen Spanisch haben wir es gut geschafft, uns mit Ihnen zu verständigen. Besonders lieb war der bei unserer Anreise mit Essen und Getränken gefüllte Kühlschrank (una vez más gracias Marga). Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen und freuen uns bereits jetzt auf das nächste Mal.

Superbe petite maison dans un style mallorquin simple, d'une grande propreté, avec des hôtes très sympathiques et attentionnés. La piscine est au seul usage de la location, c'est-à-dire pour 2 personnes, simplement génial.

Ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen. Marga die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und alles lief schnell und unkompliziert. Wir fanden alles so vor wie beschrieben. Ein großes Extra fand sich mit einem sehr gut gefüllten Kühlschrank. Muchas gracias para todos.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage
Das Haus ist zwar nur für 2 Pers. geeignet, aber sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sogar der Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft gefüllt. Sehr schöne Terasse und ein gepflegter Pool. Zitronen- und Orangenbäume im eigenen Garten. Sehr liebe und nette Besitzerin (Segnora Marga). Sie kann zwar nur mallorquinisch,aber mit Händen und Füßen klappt die Verständigung. Schöne Wanderwege in der Umgebung. Jederzeit wieder.

wundervolle Casita mit netter Besitzerin
Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dieser kleinen Casita verbracht. Marga, die Besitzerin, hat uns herzlich empfangen, die Verständigung klappte mit Händen und Füßen gut und begrüßt wurden wir mit einem Kühlschrank gefüllt mit Getränken (inklusive Bier und Wein und frischem Obst). Das Haus ist sauber, die Terrasse und der Pool wunderschön und mit der Klimaanlage kamen wir gut durch die Nächte. Aber Insektenschutz nicht vergessen! Alles in allem eine hervorragende Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage, wobei das Zentrum von Soller auch fußläufig erreichbar ist. Zum Abschied gab es noch selbst gemachte Orangenmarmelade. Wir können einen Aufenthalt hier nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
