The south-facing living room is bright and offers a fitted and equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with wood stove. Shower room with walk-in shower. Separate WC. A 40m² terrace overlooking a quiet and green pedestrian path. A garden with fruit trees and others. Car park. This house was completely redone in 2010.

We were able to blend into the neighborhood (wife fluent in French). Very walkable town. Loved being so near the harbour. Glenan Islands a bit overhyped. Pont Aven worth a full day. Beautiful hiking on the GR-34. Prop. owner Claudie great resource and a pleasure to get to know.

Great week in Concarneau

The house is really very nice, kitchen with everything needed and located very close to the centre but still quite. The garden is very beautiful with lots of opportunities to spend time in shade or sun. It should be noted, that bed linen are included but towels not - that was our mistake as description is right. Man thanks Claudie for being your guests, it was a really great week.

Ein spannender Kochaufenthalt

Das Haus liegt inmitten Concarneau. Alle Einlkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Markthalle, Fischhändler und Traiteure sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgerüstet. Induktionsherd,großer Kühlschrank, Werkzeuge fürs Essen von Hummer, Austern Bicorneaus sind vorhanden. Das Haus strahlt eine große Behaglichkeit aus. Ein großes Ankleidezimmer mit viel Staumöglichkeit ist vorhanden.Die An-und Abreise verlief dank Claudies Hilfe problemlos.Das Haus ist ideal für Leute die gern Kochen und die Vielfalt der bretonischen Lebensmittel lieben. Das Haus liegt ruhig mitten in der Stadt und hat eine Sonnenterasse mit kleinem Gärtchen.

Lieblingsort

Wir alle haben unseren Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen. Wichtig waren uns die zentrale Lage, dennoch genug Privatsphäre und eine schöne Raumatmosphäre innen und außen. Die Räume sind bedacht und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, außerdem hell und gut zu nutzen. Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände sind gepflegt, es ist sauber und die Betten bequem. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet- es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. An kühleren und windigen Tagen ist der geschützte Garten eine super Strand-Alternative. Strand, Bäcker und Markt sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ausflüge haben wir von hier aus sowohl zu Fuß sod auch mit dem Auto gestartet. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus absolut weiter. Und es war schön, Claudie kennenzulernen, Danke Claudie!

Schönes, individuelles Ferienhaus

Wir haben die Tage in diesem kleinen Ferienhaus, mitten in Concarneau sehr genossen. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt um die Region kennenzulernen und abends in einem der vielen Restaurants den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und hat eine schöne Terrasse und einen hübschen kleinen Garten. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin sehr nett und unkompliziert! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus mitten in Concarneau

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Claudies Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in Concarneau. Die Einrichtung ist super, es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten und die Terrasse bieten viele schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Alles super!

Das Häuschen ist perfekt für 2 Personen und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Obwohl es sehr nah zum Stadtzentrum liegt, ist es absolut ruhig. Es ist top ausgestattet, auch in der Küche fehlt wirklich nichts. Der hübsche Garten und die Terrasse laden zum Sonnenbaden ein. Vielen Dank Claudie, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wundervolles, ruhiges Haus in Top-Lage von Concarneau

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Claudies Haus mit toller Terrasse und schönem Garten verbracht - man hat immer einen Platz an der Sonne. Das Haus ist liebevoll und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet; es ist alles vorhanden, um das (kulinarische) Leben in der Bretagne zu genießen (inkl. Galette-Pfanne und Austern-Messer). Das Haus liegt top zentral und ist unglaublich ruhig. Der Kontakt mit Claudie war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Merci beaucoup, liebe Claudie!

Sehr schönes, farbenfrohes Häuschen in zentraler Lage, sehr gute und hochwertige Ausstattung, viele schöne Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich, Parkplatz in der Einfahrt und Möglichkeit Fahrräder in der Einfahrt sicher abzustellen, sehr nette Vermieterin, Dusch- und Handtücher muss man mitbringen, vor Ort sind 40€ Endreinigung zu zahlen

Ein Traum!

Wir waren 1 Woche in diesem zauberhaften Haus. Es liegt mittendrin und ist trotzdem komplett ruhig. Vorne ein Gärtchen und hinten eine Terrasse, beides voller herrlicher Pflanzen, Palmen und Blumen. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und hat viel Raum und Platz, ein idealer Ort um den Urlaub zu genießen. Wir können das Haus von Claudie zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen! Auch innen ist alles mit so viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Küche top, das gesamte Haus blitzesauber. Danke für die tolle Woche, liebe Claudie!

Alles war perfekt!

Obwohl das Wetter wechselhaft war, hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dem besonderen Haus von Claudie! Sie ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die ihr Haus sehr farbenfroh und individuell selbst gestaltet hat. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an wie Zuhause und unsere Tochter liebte ihr Zimmer unter dem Dach. Begeistert hat uns die Lage mitten in der Stadt und so wurde ein täglicher Abendspaziergang in die Ville Close schnell zum Ritual. Besonderes Glück hatten wir, das „Festival des Filets Bleus“ zu besuchen: So kamen wir in den Genuss viele tolle Künstler und bretonische Veranstaltungen vor der Haustür zu sehen, genial ! Concarneau ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um viele Unternehmungen zu starten: von Carnac, Quibéron, Lorient, Pont Aven, über viele tolle einsame Strände bis hin zum Pointe du Raz war alles gut möglich. Chère Claudie, merci pour tous!

Traumhafte kleine Oase mitten in der Stadt!

Das Haus ist wirklich eine liebevoll eingerichtete Oase mitten in der Stadt. Im Haus findet man alles vor, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Räume bieten genügend Platz und Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Der gut von der Außenwelt isolierte Außenbereich bietet von der Essgruppe über Loungemöbel bis zu Liegestühlen wundervolle Möglichkeiten den Urlaub zu genießen. Vom Haus aus kann man sowohl den Hafen mit der Altstadt, Markthalle, Supermarkt, Bäcker und Restaurants, als auch die Strände zu Fuß erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen!

Super logement à concarneau

Maison très belle, cosy et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Très bien située dans le centre de concarneau, très calme. Un jolie terrasse et un beau petit jardin bien arboré. Maison fonctionnelle avec une chambre à l'étage et une autre en bas. Très bien équipée. Pas de recherche de place, cours intérieur avec portail pour mettre la voiture en sécurité. Propre, linge de maison fournis. Accueil super par Claudie qui est fort sympathique. Je recommande sans hésiter.

La maison et le jardin sont pleins de charme. La maison est décorée avec goût, et elle est bien équipée. Elle est située dans un lieu calme, et proche du centre ville (pour ne pas dire dans le centre !). Et enfin, Claudie est très sympa !
