La Cabaña de Pepe - Cozy country house with pool and views in Moscari

Beautiful little house at the foot of the mountain, with unbeatable panoramic views. The villa belongs to Moscari, a charming little village in the interior of the island.
The house is located on a large totally private plot of 21,000 m2. Upon entering the farm you can breathe tranquility and feel a great contact with nature.
The house is small but well distributed. There are 75 m2 distributed in large living-dining room, with satellite TV and Wifi; fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms with large windows and fantastic views and two full bathrooms, one of them en-suite.
There are 3 air conditioners, one in each bedroom and one in the living -dining room. There's also a safe.
But surely the strong point is the outside area. There's a fantastic porch with wide open views of the mountains of the Tramuntana mountains. The "infinity" pool measures 8 per 5 meters and is surrounded by a large lawn. There are fruit trees.
At about 80 meters from the house and the garden, the owner has some animals: sheep, rabbits, a turkey and some chickens. Our smallest guests love to accompany the owner to feed them.
Moscari, is a small town of no more than 400 inhabitants. It is located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, between Selva and Campanet. The "Moscariencs", as those who live there are called, are simple and hospitable people. The beauty of its surroundings offers countless plans, excursions and walks.
This house is ideal to enjoy the summer of Mallorca, but also to know its less warm season, to discover the richness of its mountain, both on foot and by bicycle. ET / 2789

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Durch die Bauart des Pools, reinigt sich dieser selber und ist daher immer sauber. Das Haus ist toll gelegen. Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Berge. Im Haus gibt es alles, was man braucht. Nachts sorgt eine Klimaanlage für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Eigentümer hat täglich nach dem Rechten gesehen, was wir aber nicht als störend empfunden haben. Er war sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Als Willkommensgruß stand eine Flasche Wein sowie ein riesiger Obstkorb bereit. Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt mal wieder. Durch die im Küchenschrank gelagerten Reinigungsmittel riecht es stark nach Reinigungsmitteln. Man sollte diese geruchslos verschließen. Aber das kennen wir aus anderen Häusern auch schon. Nach dem Lüften ist es besser.

Wunderbare Finca

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in einer wunderbaren Finca mit herrlicher Umgebung. Bei der Ankunft war das gesamte Haus mit frischen Blüten geschmückt und ein leckerer Obstteller war hinterlegt. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr netter und freundlicher Mensch, der tagsüber dezent seine Obstplantage bewirtschaftet und die Tiere versorgt. WLAN funktionierte im Haus und direkt davor auf der Terrasse gut. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt.

Fantastic hideaway

This villa is isolated so it's quiet but not so much that there isn't enough to do locally. It's well contacted, 10 minutes by car to anything you need. The owner is wonderful, helpful and funny! We had an amazing time here.

Schöne Finca

Der Aufenthalt war alles in allem schön. Es gibt nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln. Es müssten an den Fenstern Mücken bzw Insektennetze sein, damit man durch lüften kann. Tolles Haus, wo man mal komplett abschalten kann. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. LG Holger und Janine

A wonderful four weeks holiday.

What impressed me most was the lovely garden and the Tramuntana mountains in the background. The finca was very clean and the nice gestures like a bowl of fruits in the kitchen and Roses in every room was a nice way to welcome guests. The owner was very friendly although we had a language barrier. There were only two pots and in an unusable condition so that we had to buy new ones but were refunded by the owner. We bought big glasses, small knives to peel .vegetables and a spatula. But we hope that next year we are able to rent finca Lila again.

Sehr schönes Haus in einer traumhaften ruhigen Umgebung. Gute Sauberkeit und sehr netter Empfang von Pepe der für alles gesorgt hat. Das Haus war super vorbereitet, überall mit Blumen dekoriert und sogar Früchte und etwas Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank waren vorbereitet. Im April war es noch etwas kalt in den Nächten, wir haben aber die Heizung nicht viel benutzt. Sehr schöne Umgebung inmitten der Natur, viele Tiere auf dem Grundstück. Idealer Standort für Wanderung in den Bergen. In nur 35 Min am Flughafen via Autobahn. Ein tolles Schwimmbad welches wir aufgrund der zu kalten Temperaturen leider nicht benutzt haben. Muss im Sommer aber traumhaft sein. Vielen Dank für alles, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had a great time at Pepes Finca. The house is really wonderfully located, away from the hustle and bustle and with great views of the mountains. The house offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation: lots of space in the house, 2 shaded terraces, 1 pool and a very nice host. Pepe welcomed us with fruit and cold cidre. There were also some drinks in the fridge. We will definitely come again!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus! Wir waren jeden Tag aufs Neue ganz verliebt in die Aussicht, in das Gelände, den Pool und die tierischen Mitbewohner. Wir wurden von Pepe so herzlich empfangen und alles war liebevoll für uns hergerichtet und vorbereitet. Von der Einrichtung und Ausstattung her war alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Zwei kleine Hinweise: 1. Wenn man etwas von der Insel sehen möchte, ist man wirklich auf einen Mietwagen angewiesen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind recht weit (zu Fuß) entfernt. Für uns kein Problem, da wir mit Mietwagen ankamen und wäre das Haus zentraler gelegen, könnte man wohl auch nicht diese Idylle genießen. 2. Pepe spricht nur spanisch, er versteht nur einzelne Wörter deutsch/englisch. Wir haben uns mit ihm aber durch Mimik, Gestik und ein paar Bruchstücke Spanisch gut verständigen können. Auch das Internet (Übersetzer) hilft da. Für uns war alles super und wir können uns gut vorstellen, nochmal wieder zu kommen!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Finca sehr genossen. Man ist mitten in der Natur, umgeben vom Tramantuna-Gebirge. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, perfekt für einen Erholungsurlaub. Zum Strand nach Alcudia sind wir mit dem Auto etwa 20 Minuten gefahren. Für eine Abkühlung sorgt ein toller Infinity-Pool mit traumhaften Ausblick. Auf dem Grundstück sind einige Truthähne, die separat gehalten. Pepe kommt sie täglich gegen Abend füttern und fragte uns, ob alles ok ist oder wir etwas brauchen. Er ist wunderbar, nett, freundlich. Unsere beiden Kinder mochten ihn wirklich sehr, durften auch einmal die Truthähne mit füttern gehen. Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nix gefehlt. Die Couch war zudem neu, wobei wir eigentlich alle Abende auf der wunderbar überdachten Terrasse verbracht haben. Wir empfehlen das Haus jedem weiter.

Mariana und Maria sind großartige Gastgeber und vor allem Pepe, der vor Ort jederzeit weiter helfen kann, sind ein tolles Team. Die Finca ist großzügig und perfekt für Paare oder Familien mit bis zu zwei Kinder geeignet. Die Lage ist super ruhig und der Blick ist tatsächlich so schön wie auf den Bildern. Wir waren dort um auch ein bisschen zu arbeiten und die Infrastruktur gibt das auch perfekt her. Das WLAN ist auch für Video Calls schnell genug. Tolle Erfahrung, jederzeit wieder!!

Outstanding Villa

Because of Covid we have had to postpone for 2 years and finally got away this year. I can’t thank Mariana and her team for their continual support and understanding over the last 2 years. The villa is outstanding. Very quiet, 2 lovely patio areas for relaxing and a lovely pool to cool down in. Can’t recommend enough. Pepe the owner is a very friendly guy and comes over to water the garden and feed the chickens who have a habit of wondering around the grounds which is quite entertaining.

Wir haben sehr erholsame Tage bei Pepe verbracht. Bei der Anreise sollte man wirklich auf die Karte der Gastgeber schauen und den km-Zähler nutzen. Google Maps funktioniert, aber auf jeden Fall die GPS-Koordinaten nutzen, nicht die Adresse. Durch die recht engen Straßen nutzt ihr am besten keinen SUV 😎. Das Haus selbst und Pepe sind ein Traum. Wir wurden bei Ankunft direkt am Haus sehr herzlich begrüßt und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und alles Erdenkliche ist vorhanden. Der Pool „spült“ sich automatisch selbst und ist daher immer sauber und einladend. Das „erste“ Schlafzimmer hat einen tollen Blick auf die Berge und die Sterne. Alle Räume im Haus dufteten nach frischen Blumen, es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Beste aber waren für uns die Tiere. Es gibt 14 Schafe, Puten, Goldfische und Hühner. Pepe gab uns die Möglichkeit, ihn bei der täglichen Fütterung zu unterstützen, was besonders für uns Stadtmenschen neben der Geräuschkulisse für Erholung pur sorgte. Pepe ist sehr freundlich und herzlich, wir durften uns sogar aus seinem Garten mit frischen Zitronen und Orangen verköstigen sowie die frisch gelegten Eier seiner Hühner genießen. Es ist ein wirklich toller Ort mit Ruhe pur - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
