Apartment located a few meters from the beach of Torre Pedrera, but still in a quiet area.
The apartment is on the first floor and has a large living area with kitchen and living room and balcony and two bedrooms. Rooms and living area are equipped with air conditioners. The beach is 100 meters from the house. The owners live in the same structure. Supermarket, pastry shop, pharmacy, pizzeria, bars, tobacconists and any other shop are within walking distance in a few minutes so, wishing the car could stand for the duration of your vacation. For those who love to travel anyway, bus stops to go to Rimini center or malls are five minutes on foot.
For the more active people the hinterland offers many alternatives, from castles (San Leo, Verucchio, San Marino, Gradara) to the small villages very suggestive and characteristic where you can taste the dishes of Romagna.
Motorcyclists are welcome, with the possibility to leave their own motorbike in the garden and some advice on routes and points of interest.

gepflegt und super Lage

We have enjoyed very much our stay in Rimini. The flat is great, optimal for families with two children. The rooms are spacious and with good wardrobes. Everything was great. Gabriele and his woman gave us a very nice welcome (with a plat with different jam, a big bowl with different marmelades, biscuits, Teas / coffee and Sweets for the breakfast). The place is perfect. within a few minutes you are on the beach, and it is perfekt to start trips to Rimini and all the other nice villages around (santarcangelo, san marino, cesenatico….) all in all it is a perfect place to have a good time.

Eine sehr schöne, saubere und liebevoll ausgestattete geräumige Ferienwohnung, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Toller Urlaub

Entspannter Urlaub in Rimini

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub. Leider sind wir Aufgrund der Verkehrslage viel später als geplant angekommen. Unsere Vermieter hatten dafür Verständnis und bereiteten uns einen herzlichen Empfang. Die Unterkunft war Sauber und Ordentlich genau wie beschrieben. In der Küche standen eine Schale mit Naschzeug und ein paar Flaschen Wasser für uns bereit. Am 2. Tag wurden wir dann von unseren Vermietern zu einen Apparativ eingeladen. Unsere Vermieter haben alles getan damit wir uns wohlfühlen und eine schöne Zeit haben. Die Urlaubszeit war für uns genau richtig. Der große Trubel ist vorbei aber es war immer noch genug los so das wirklich alle Geschäfte am Strand offen hatten. Das Wetter war super und das Wasser war herrlich warm. Am Strand gab es genügend freie Liegen und Schirme die man gegen einen Gebühr für den ganzen Tag mieten konnte. Also wie gesagt ein toller Urlaub in entspannter Atmosphäre.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Empfangen wurden wir mit einer Brotzeit. Die Wohnung 1.Etage ist in einem guten und sauberen Zustand und Klimatisiert. Der Strand ist schnell und ohne Hindernisse zu ereichen. Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück. Gabrele und seine Frau waren sehr nett. Die Wohnung würden wir wieder nehmen. Vielen Dank!

Urlaub in Rimini

Sehr nette, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Sehr gepflegte und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Viele Restaurants vor Ort. Busverbindung nach Rimini tagsüber viermal pro Stunde. Supermarkt, Strand, Bäckerei, mehrere Eisdielen und Restaurant fußläufig leicht erreichbar. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub!

Seh schöner Aufenthalt

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns mit einer Flasche Wein und einer Käse/Sxhinkenplatte zzgl. Regionalem, sebstgebackenem Brot empfangen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, zweckmäßig eingerichtet, keine 200m vom Strand entfernt. Separster Eingang. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert, das Bad ist frisch renoviert. Unser Auto haben wir auf dem Grundstück parken können. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter!

Settimana relax

Soggiorno perfetto, esattamente ciò che stavamo cercando. Casa pulitissima e luminosissima. Situata a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, abbastanza per non sentire rumori molesti e umidità durante la notte. Gabriele e Simona sono stati squisiti, ci hanno fatto sentire davvero come a casa nostra.Torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglierei agli amici. Si percepisce passione in quello che fanno.

Esperienza più che positiva. Io, mia moglie e ns figlio di 21 mesi ci siamo trovati benissimo! Appartamento pulitissimo. Ben strutturato, comodo e con ambienti spaziosi. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana, senza neanche provare il disagio di sentirci fuori da casa nostra e dalla nostra routine. E' vero che quando si va in ferie "bisogna staccare la spina" ma quando riesci anche a sentirti "a casa" è ancora meglio, soprattutto senza la paura o il disagio del cambio ambienti per il piccolo. I Professionisti immobiliari ci hanno accolto con massima gentilezza. L'appartamento si trova in posizione comoda e poco distante dal mare. Anche per quanto riguarda ai servizi. Raggiungibili a piedi. Una volta parcheggiata l'auto in cortile, non l'abbiamo mai usata, solo una volta, per fare una spesa generale all'Ipercoop raggiungibile in poco tempo essendo distante 4 km. Per il resto se si vuole fare, casa/mare, è ideale senza auto. Niente stress nemmeno facendo avanti indietro 4/5 volte al giorno con passeggino e giochi spiaggia. Altro punto a favore, l'appartamento si trova in zona abbastanza silenziosa. Di sera si sentono un po' le voci degli ospiti del vicino albergo, ma d'latronde non si può pretendere il massimo silenzio in zona turistica. Mia personale recensione soggettiva, ma oggettivamente nulla da segnalare.

Das Appartment liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße, in 2-3 Geh-Minuten ist man jedoch schon am Strand. Ein guter Supermarkt ist ebenfalls um die Ecke. Wir haben recht kurzfristig gebucht, die Rückmeldung vom Vermieter kam prompt, auch die weitere Kommunikation verlief sehr effizient über die App. Bei der Ankunft gab es eine sehr nette Begrüßung mit einer kalten Antipasti Platte (die sehr lecker geschmeckt hat!). Auch sonst hat nichts gefehlt, im Kühlschrank gab es auch einige Leckereien zum trinken und auch andere Basics wie Toilettenpapier und Spülmittel etc. Da haben wir mit anderen Ferienwohnungen andere Erfahrungen gemacht.. Hier merkt man aber schon, dass der Vermieter mit Leib und Seele dabei ist. Das Appartment selbst ist schön und wie beschrieben, wir hatten zu 3. ausreichend Platz und den 2. Schlafzimmer gar nicht benutzt. Das Auto durften wir unter dem Carport auf dem Grundstück abstellen - da wir einen Tesla fahren, war da nicht ganz trivial rein zu kommen, aber das hat auch gut geklappt ;) Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden, Preis/Leistung stimmt hier ebenfalls!

Semplicemente perfetto !

Accoglienza super, preparata proprio per chi arriva assetato e un po' affamato...Alloggio molto confortevole con tutto quello che serve per una vacanza serena e senza problemi. Tutto ciò che occorre, farmacia, alimentari gelaterie e spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi e con un bambino piccolo è comodissimo. Bravi, continuate così !

Great apartments

The house is located about 15 km from the airport. Near the house there is a lot of greenery, wonderful quiet streets, hotels. In the evenings, there are many distinctions for children on the main street of San Salvador. I will say right away: the apartments are excellent, have a separate entrance (on the 2nd floor) and a private parking, 100 meters from the sea. The apartment is well equipped, it has everything you need - a compact but comfortable kitchen with a gas stove, a refrigerator, a sink, a set of dishes. The living room area is combined with the kitchen, but is separated from it by the bar counter. In the living room: comfortable leather sofa, LCD TV, as well as a large rectangular dining table and 4 chairs. Next to the kitchen is the entrance to a large bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. At the entrance from the stairs to the second floor there is a large corridor (you can store suitcases there). The first bedroom has a large bed and a spacious wardrobe. Second bedroom with twin beds and a wardrobe. Large balcony for all three rooms (2 bedrooms and living room). Hosts treat guests like dear friends. Therefore, any minor domestic inconveniences are smoothed by the attention and warm care of the owners. Ready to meet and carry to the airport at any time.

ottima vacanza

I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili per tutto, l'appartamento situato molto bene vicino al mare ed è bello e comodo, noi eravamo in 5. Unica pecca, il bagno si trova in cameretta e andrebbe rifatto, almeno la doccia con tenda, ma questa è la nostra personale opinione. Probabile che ci torneremo. :) grazie di tutto

L'appartamento perfetto vicino al mare

L'appartamento era molto confortevole, pulito e perfettamente posizionato. Mare, supermercato, bancomat, bar e ristoranti, stazione ferroviaria - ovunque può essere raggiunto a piedi. Proprietari molto ospitali e amichevoli. Spero che ci torneremo un giorno. ----------------- The apartment was very comfortable, clean and perfectly located. Sea, supermarket, ATM, bars and restaurants, railway station - everywhere you can go on foot. Hosts (Gabriele and his wife) very hospitable and friendly. I hope that we will came here again.

Alles was man braucht in toller Lage und Ort

Wir waren im Mai zu fünft für eine Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles da was man braucht, auf Wunsch auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher. An allen Fenstern sind Fliegengitter-Rollos. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wohnen im Erdgeschoss, daher ist auch das Grundstück sehr gepflegt. Zur Begrüßung gab es tolle Leckereien aus der Gegend als Willkommensgeschenk. Und dass wir ganz spontan einen Tag länger bleiben konnten, haben wir auch diesem netten Ehepaar zu verdanken. Dem Ort merkt man außerdem auch an, dass viele Häuser das ganze Jahr über bewohnt werden, und nicht nur in den Sommermonaten. Es gibt einen öffentlichen Strand in Laufnähe, eine Metzgerei, Supermarkt, Bäcker und Obst/Gemüseladen gleich um die Ecke. Auf dem gleichen Stockwerk gibt es noch eine zweite Wohnung für 4 Personen, die ebenfalls sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung sehr gerne weiter.
