The villa is located 5 minutes from the beach (Cans) and 10 from the Real Club de Pedreña, home of Severiano Ballesteros. It is located in a residential area, quiet and with hardly any traffic of cars. From the house you can hear the sea, and the large garden of 2,000 meters increases the feeling of being immersed in nature. Being Somo the birthplace of Surf in Spain, there is no lack of schools or beaches to practice it.
