Two storey villa with garden and comfortable veranda.
The upper floor is composed of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living room.
Downstairs there is a kitchen and there is another bedroom with a bathroom.
Indoor and outdoor car parking.
Beautiful panorama a few meters from the sea.
The resort is not touristy, close to the venezelos airport (20 minutes), has several Greek taverns where you can dine and dine.
Equipped with two beaches, one free and another equipped with adjoining basketball courts and tennis.
Rocky coastline with coves to be used and crystalline sea.
A strategic point for those who want to spend some relaxing days at the sea and visit the nearby atene (35 km).
