Beautiful and cozy holiday home at the Tramuntana´s mountain feet.

The romantic country house with a total area of ​​7,000 sqm is completely private, located between Pollensa and Sa Pobla villages, on the old road from Pollensa to Campanet.
Here you can feel the absolute calm of the area and disconnect from everything.
The Property has two bedrooms, one with double bed and another with a single bed and a bunk bed. There is a bathroom with a shower. The dinningroom/livingroom is one big area and provides you: TV ,DVD and WiFi, the electricity of the house is provide by sollars cells located on the roof.
At the front of the house you will find a lovely, romantic terrrace where you can enjoy memorable moments with family or friends. Beside the house you find a nice size pool with confortable sun loungers, where you can enjoy the sunny weather.

A quiet place where disconnect...

IMPORTANT:

Great for a relaxing time close to Pollensa town

Very private, quiet space with al the amenities needed. It is a little bit out of the way (car needed) but 10mins from Pollensa and this is what adds to the peace and quiet. No air conditioning but fans were available.

Overall the stay was ok, with a very nice host

Overall the stay was ok, with a very nice host. But there are much nicer fincas for the same price. The first night we had too search for the bbq which was hidden in a little shelter and not exactly what one would expect for a bbq. The water in the shower was cold until we found out that the boiler was not plugged in. Also the pool was not cleaned which we had to do on our own.

Fantastically relaxing in a beautiful location.

Would definitely recommend!!! The villa is a great spot to explore the north of the island (as long as you have a car). I'm already missing the beautiful views!! It is a well equipped villa and the company that manages the property are responsive and communicated well with us before and during our stay. The pool is a lifesaver in August to escape the heat. It gets deep quickly so great for getting some swimming done. Wish we had packed some bug spray though as the mosquitos did tend to find us on an evening if we hung out by the pool at night. The only thing missing from the villa is air con (as others have mentioned in previous reviews). There are fans in the bedrooms though which helped massively. Really hope to return one day 🙂

Nice basic stay. We had a great week, prefect location to discover all of the island. Indoors was very basic but okay. Outdoors was very nice. But be prepared for a lot off musquitos when you go in Oktober.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Finca. Insbesondere der Außenbereich mit dem Pool ist umwerfend. Die einsame Lage im Hinterland von Pollenca macht den Aufenthalt besonders. Ein Auto muss man definitiv haben. Der Pool ist sehr gut gepflegt. Ein Frühstück unter dem schattigen Eingangsdach oder am Poolrand bieten sich an. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht.

Das Haus ist traumhaft Gelegen für jeden der Ruhe mag und den Blick in die Berge liebt. Wir waren dort als Paar und haben es sehr genossen abseits des Touristenzentrums. Ohne Leihwagen ist man allerdings aufgeschmissen. Mit dem Auto haben wir viele Ausflüge gemacht, das geht prima. Das Haus ist für 2 Personen oder eine Famiele sehr gut geeignet. Unser Check in war etwas durcheinenader. Man Checkt selbst ein, Schlüssel liegt in einem Safe mit Code, das wurde uns allerdings nicht gesagt und der Code fehlte, nach einem Anruf bekamen wir dann aber alles. Die Agentur die sich um das Haus kümmert ist bei Problemen auch sofort ansprechbar und kümmert sich sofort. Der Garten hätte bei dem Preis etwas mehr gepflegt sein können und Dinge wie Toilettenpapier, Shampoo etc wären auch nett gewesen als Grundausstattung. Außerdem hatten wir im Oktober sehr große Probleme mit Mücken, nach einer Woche hatte ich 50 Sticke und mein Freund 70 obwohl wir arg drauf geachtet haben, die Türen zu zu haben und kein Licht an, Kerzen aufgestellt haben und lange Kleidung an hatten, die Dinger stecken selbst durch Hosen. Wir haben dann am Ende Abends sogar drinnen gegessen. Insgesamt aber würden wir die Finca sofort weiterempfehlen und kommen gern wieder, zu einer Zeit wo weniger Moskitos da sind... :)

Die Lage ist super idyllisch, wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Finca. Insbesondere der Außenbereich (Pool) ist ein Traum. Die Finca ist typisch mallorquin eingerichtet, rustikal aber alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist super idyllisch, wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Einziger Minuspunkt sind die etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Matratzen.

Ambiente und Komfort Schön wäre,wenn es eine Gebrauchsanweisung für die Waschmaschine gäbe.Da wir begeisterte Köche sind,hätten wir es toll gefunden im Waschraum zu kochen,da die Luft imWohnraum durch das Gas extrem aufgeheizt wird und die Gerüche kaum abziehen können. Auflagen für Liegen und Stühle wären perfekt. Scharfe, gut schneidende Küchenmesser wären auch prima. Wir persönlich hatten Probleme,den Schlüsselkasten zu öffnen,da er klemmte.Das könnte vor Anreise überprüft werden. Aber wie gesagt, sonst alles sehr schön und empfehlenswert

Der 3. Besuch dieser Finca

Die Lage der Finca ist einmalig. Auch die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit super. Der riesige Pool ein Traum. Grundsätzlich hat alles funktioniert nur die persönliche Betreuung hat gegenüber unserer letzten Besuche der Finca 2015 und 2016 leider nachgelassen. Kein einziger persönlicher oder tel. Kontakt während unserer Aufenthalts. Auf unsere Bitte vor Abreise die Finca am Abreisetag bis 13 Uhr benützen zu dürfen wurde überhaupt nicht reagiert. Schade

Excelente casa

Perfecta para descansar, con todas las comodidades y hermoso lugar afuera. Tener en cuenta que está retirada (lo cual es excelente por su tranquilidad ) pero el pueblo más cercano está a unos 10 km.
