Ancient farm setting-to a contemporary sheep farm.

Stone building beside Devon Long House. Cobbled courtyard that ends in spring fed pool with poultry padding about . V romantic setting . Feels at least 1660's ancient. Near the two moors way. Gourmet Mason's Arms pub very cosy.

Avoid as dangerous

Cooker at side of bed with no extraction making cooking dangerous and impossible. No internet and no phone signal. Tried charging the car one night for 6 hrs and was told off by owners. Work happening all around so noisy. No very idyllic for a countryside stay.
