Detached barn conversion near Bylchau, County Conwy, amongst the owner's working farmland, with three bedrooms accommodating up to six people.

This wonderful, detached barn conversion is situated near Bylchau in County Conwy, amongst the owner's working farmland at the end of a farm track. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor, along with a second double bedroom and one with twin beds upstairs. In the utility is a shower room with a walk-in shower, and upstairs is a bathroom with a bath and hand-held shower. At the front of the property is a conservatory extension with comfy seating for five, and there is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a breakfast bar and a dining table, along with comfy seating for two in front of Bi-fold doors. The snug has exposed stone walls, wooden beams and a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking for eight cars, a paved patio with furniture and a raised lawned garden. A fantastic holiday home for exploring North Wales.

Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine in utility, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, along with beach towels. Highchair. Ample off road parking. Outside eating area with table and chairs for 6. Paved patio with furniture and raised lawned garden with children's play area and furniture (seats 2). Hot Tub. Coal BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Driveway is a farm track, not suitable for low suspension vehicles.

Plenty to see and do at any time of the year!

Three bedrooms: 1 x ground floor King Size, 1 x double with TV, 1 x twin. Ground floor shower room with wet room-style shower, basin and WC. Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar (seats 2), dining area, comfy seating for 3 in the kitchen and Bi-fold doors to patio. Sitting room (seats 6) with woodburning stove. Conservatory (seats 6). There are robes for use when coming out of the hot tub as well as extra towels for the hot tub. There are no beach towels, as these are to be used for hot tub only.
