The stone-built Villa Mastaguera Roger is set in a great countryside location close to Pollensa and the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa, enjoying perfect views over the Puig de Maria. This villa, with its 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, welcoming interiors and beautiful gardens, is an excellent choice for families looking for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature, yet close to stunning beaches and traditional towns.

Inside, the villa (carefully renovated and beautifully finished) is set over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a lounge, an open-plan kitchen on the right side and a dining room on the left side. There is also a double bedroom with a family shower room. A staircase leads up to the first floor where a double bedroom and a twin bedroom are located, both sharing a family shower room.

Outside, the gardens of Villa Mastaguera Roger has been carefully designed to impress. There are mature palm trees, flowers, shrubs, lawn, and even a beautiful fountain! This is the perfect place for a relaxing walk, enjoying the perfect climate of Mallorca. The large private pool is surrounded by lawn and is provided with comfortable sunbeds. Barbecue and dining table for 6 guests (facing the pool) are the perfect complement for al-fresco dining.

Very nice, large and well equipped country house for an ideal relaxed vacation

We liked the comfort and the structure of the house. The large cupboards in the rooms were very handy. The fact that the well equipped kitchen is near the large terrace and swimming pool ensured the continuous connection with the whole family. Airconditioning was not working decently. Thankfully the weather was not too hot when we were staying there.

Fabulous villa and a great holiday

We loved the the size and privacy of the grounds, the pool is a good size and the Roman steps make access simple. The views from the bedrooms are beautiful and keep changing all day as the light shifts. The beds are very comfortable we only needed to use the A/C on the last night but it´s quiet and effective. The kitchen is large with high quality appliances and plenty of equipment. All in all, a really relaxing place to spend a holiday. These are all minor points... It would have been useful if the villa was supplied with cleaning items such as washing-up liquid, sponges/cloths, dishwasher tablets, surface spray, etc, These are vital items but can´t be bought in small enough packs to use up in a week. Instructions about waste disposal could have been clearer, and some spare bin liners would have been good to have. Any possibility of more English channels on TV? There seemed to be loads of German but very little English.

Lovely Villa in Private Gardens

*Loved the location and the privacy of the well maintained gardens and pool with own olive, lemon and lime trees. *Lovely traditional style villa but with spacious open plan living downstairs and modern amenities especially in the kitchen. The fridge/freezer /wine cooler was brilliant! * Liked its homely rather than ultra modern design. Would definitely stay here again. * Villa was well equipped though would benefit from a couple of sun umbrellas in the garden *Very prompt attention when we had a problem with the air conditioning *No basic condiments- no salt, pepper, olive oil, kitchen roll, tea , coffeesoaps - at all on arrival. *Small bath towels but the beach towels ( at extra cost ) were excellent size and quality * Upstairs shower got blocked. * No Villa name on gate and some entry instructions provided were incorrect. Gate was not electronically operated and the wifi code provided was actually for the safe - we think!

Moderne Villa/Finca mit gehobener Einrichtung in gutem Zustand und guter Lage ...

Verkehrsgünstige Lage an einer Landstraße, unweit des Meeres und zwischen der Orte Alcúdia und Pollença. Die Villa war in technisch tadellosem Zustand und wunderschön gestaltet: es befindet sich auf dem großen Grundstück ein kleiner Weinberg, weiterhin Zitrusfrüchte und Springbrunnen. Der Pool ist groß und war stets sauber. Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss bieten schöne Aussichten auf das Umland. Unsere Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen. Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu verbessern. Selbst der entfernt liegende gemauerte Grill unter einem kleinen Unterstand hat genug Platz für mehrere Leute.

Perfekte Finca

Die Finca war noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Sauber und super Lage. Check-IN lief problemlos das einzige negative war die Ausstattung der Küche (Spülmaschine macht nicht sauber) ansonsten war die Finca ein Traum und das wäre meckern auf hohem Niveau! Wir kommen wieder und empfehlenswert ist sie auf jeden Fall! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt bei euch!

Die Unterkunft ist super für eine Familie. Toller, saubere Pool, wunderschöne Gartenanlage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung und im schönen Pollenca gibt es viele tolle Restaurants. Die Kommunikation verlief problemlos. Negativ sind nur die Ausstattung der Küche sowie die teileweise starke Abnützung von Mobiliar und Ausstattung. Ausserdem ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Wir waren im allgemeinen aber sehr zufrieden.

Great location. Needs a little upkeep.

The good: Villa Roger is a beautiful, classic country home in a very quiet location that is still close to Pollensa. The grounds are lovely and the pool is beautiful, even though we didn't swim. The not so good: We arrived at midnight and the key box would not open. We tried everything and then called the emergency number. Fortunately someone answered and when he ran out of suggestions called a local man who arrived about 15 minutes later with his wife. After he couldn't open it either, he broke it open with a hammer and chisel. He suspected that the previous tenant changed the code. Arg! The pump for the house has a leak on the pipe and won't hold pressure for more than 45 seconds. So you hear it cycle on and off 24 hours a day, which is annoying until you finally tune it out. This is an easy fix for a plumber as I could see the joint where the leak was occurring. The kitchen sink was partially stopped up and didn't drain well. It got worse during our stay. Another job for the plumber. The kitchen appliances are getting long-in-the-tooth. Only 2 out of 5 burners on the range top would light and the dishwasher is in really rough shape. The appliances are mostly stainless steel and were covered in hand/finger prints which makes you question the housekeepers workmanship. The driveway gate, which operates with a remote control has a strange habit of not working in the early morning, but works fine during the day and in the evening. We had to let ourselves out manually every morning. Go figure. Finally, the well watered lawn is a fantastic breeding ground for mosquitos. We had to buy bug spray to sit outside and enjoy the day. If it was my property I'd turn it into rocks and cactus. All in all, Villa Roger is a terrific property and great location but I don't think anyone is really looking after it as well at they need to be. With some better upkeep the experience would have been 5*
