Descend the steps into a private little cove and enjoy your Keuka vacation in our spectacular all-season waterfront home. Here you will find the modern conveniences and comforts of home that you would expect from a luxury property.

Delight in the sun rise awakening you each day. Step out of the master bedroom onto the third floor deck and overlook the morning fishing opportunities. Experience a fisherman’s paradise with the location of the house right over the crystal clear water, affording you the ability to easily see the many species of fish, particularly carp and bass swimming below. Precisely cast your line for a sure catch!

Or slowly start your day on the deck with a cup of coffee while watching the rest of the lake wake up.

Bask in the morning and early afternoon sunlight until the trees offer shade and a welcome reprieve from the hot, afternoon summer sun. If you’re here to soak up every minute of sunshine, the swim platform will be your chosen spot as it is in full sun all day.

Boat, tube, swim, ski, sail. RELAX. LAUGH. Bike, run, kayak, canoe. There are many activities nearby. Hike or bike the Keuka Lake Outlet Trail or visit the state park for hiking or playing at the lake front recreation area. Rent water sports equipment from Keuka Lake Watersports. Wander around the beautiful small towns of Hammondsport and Penn Yan. Take advantage of being in the heart of wine country by planning a wine tour. Shop at The Windmill Farm & Craft Market. Don’t miss the many waterfront restaurants and their live music. Finish the evening with a stop at Seneca Farms for a scoop of their famous ice cream.

When the sun sets on your fun-filled day, sit fire-side listening to the sound of the water which is within reaching distance from your cozy Adirondack chair. The moon rising over the bluff will be an unforgettable sight. A late night dance on the dock will be an everlasting memory. The kids catching fireflies, playing hide & seek, and night swimming with music playing and people laughing in the background will be among their most treasured childhood memories. Queen size sleeper sofa on ground floor in rec room. Full bathroom on 3rd floor and full bath on ground floor with half bath on 2nd floor.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

We had a blast at Keuka Blue. The house is even more beautiful in person. The lake is stunningly beautiful, crystal clear and warm for swimming. We spent our days floating, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, and listening to music in front of the fire table. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking. We even watched a movie on the outdoor TV one night. The highlight of our trip was meeting Gene, the owner. He was gracious enough to take us out on his boat one afternoon so we could go swimming in the deeper water. He was such a fun host and we had a ball. I really could go on and on...this was such a perfect vacation!

Great Stay

It was a great stay at Keuka Blue. House was clean and just as described in the listing. Great location, 15 minutes to Hammondsport. Owners were great prior and during the stay.

Great location and communication

Our family really enjoyed this lovely house. The location on the lake is perfect, it is super close to numerous restaurants, vineyards, and activities. Gene was great about providing us with any information we might need about the property. He was also quick to answer if we had any questions. There are a large number of outdoor spaces that are beautifully designed and the landscaping is gorgeous. We really enjoyed the dock area with the walk down stairs to the water. It was perfect for swimming and using the canoe and kayaks provided. We had a lovely time in this home.

It was exactly what we wanted!

A beautifully decorated property right on Keuka Lake with access to kayaks and a canoe, instead of renting. We decided we'd come in June next time, so restaurants would be open, and the water would be warmer for skiing.

Girls Getaway

This girls’ trip was to celebrate a 40th Birthday with some wine tasting on our top agenda. Prior to our arrival, the hosts reached out to let us know the check in process and that the place was stocked with supplies and all we need were clothes and toiletries. This was very helpful as there were 6 ladies that definitely over packed, leaving little room for supplies. The house was as listed, if not more. There were plenty of plush towels for all to last our full stay. Kitchen had all the supplies we needed and we were able to make good use of it and able to enjoy our meals outside with the view of the lake. And that view!!! Wow!!! We lucked out so much on the weather that weekend. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the many decks, and the gas fire pit was perfect to enjoy the starry night sky. There was a canoe and 2 kayaks that were available for our use. We didn’t get to take advantage of it, but it was nice to know it was available. There were even board games and cards for our use. We want to come back during the summer to fully enjoy the lake life! Initially we would have liked to have a TV in the entertaining area where the kitchen was located, but glad there wasn’t one. We ended up not even watching TV during our stay and just talked and play board games when we were not out tasting the local wines. Overall, we highly recommend this place and the hosts were very responsive, even checked to make sure we were good and if we needed anything else.

Spectacular!

Beautiful home with views of gorgeous Keuka Lake from every window. We so enjoyed standing on the dock right outside of the home to fish and sitting on the beautiful decks & patio to savor the beauty of the magnificent lake. Spiral staircase to every floor adds to the home's elegance. 42 steps lead from parking to the front door so we certainly had a good workout! The owners were amazing to work with! Questions were answered right away & we so appreciated the phone call prior to our stay for an added personal touch. Keuka Lake wine tour was so fun & we hired Pals Car Service which was fantastic. Amazing family vacation!

Another Great Summer at Keuka Lake

What a great way to escape the pandemic and the city than to go to the Finger Lakes and stay at such a great house. Was better than last year with the addition of a dock. Our hosts were gracious and responsive. The house is beautiful, inside and out. , so many places to hang out. We love it and hope to be there next year!

Perfect Lake getaway

We all had the best time at this house. The property is even nicer in person and there are so many different outdoor spaces that are very thoughtfully done. We loved getting out on the lake almost daily. It is also a great location near both wineries and breweries. Thank you so much for such a nice stay!

Keuka Blue on the lake. What a great house! Plenty of room if you need a quiet space, and plenty of room for family fun. many a moment sitting out on the deck, morning coffee, evening wines..so serene . All in all, perfect. Our week at Keuka Blue was fantastic! The house is lovely and super cozy. Having multiple decks/sitting areas is a real bonus to the house, it gives everyone space to either hang together or have a little downtime for yourself - they also give you the option of sitting in the sun or the shade. We rented a pontoon boat for the week (Keuka Watersports), which always makes being on the lake more enjoyable. Keuka Blue offers a canoe, several kayaks (we went out every morning across the lake) and floats which made being at the house a blast...swim out to the sun dock with a cold drink and reconnect! You are literally on the water, it is a beautiful experience to wake up each morning with the water glistening through the curtains. Sarah and Gene are extremely responsive and kind, they genuinely want you to enjoy their home. There is so much to do on the lake! Keuka also has multiple vineyards, definitely hire a driver and spend the day wine tasting (PALS car service) - you will not be disappointed. There are plenty of great spots for lunch and dinner on the lake and Hammondsport offers more options for dining. Rent a boat, you will never use your car until it is time to leave this charming home and gorgeous lake. Thank you Sarah and Gene for sharing your home with us, looking forward to our return!

Wonderful house on wonderful lake

We just got back from our stay at Keuka Blue. The house is amazing, beautifully decorated and clean with many amenities. We were all able to fit in comfortably for a great family reunion including our little dog. The waterfront was beautiful and the house included all the toys you could want for fun in the water. (Fishing poles, Kayak, canoe, tubes and life jackets) The hosts were quick to reply if there was a question. There are quite a few stairs to the property, but we managed to get my 96 year old mother in the house. Thank you so much for creating new memories for our family!!!

Amazing lake house!

We rented this property for our wedding week and it was perfect! So open and so many places to socialize. This house is immaculate and the owners are so present and helpful. We are sad to leave but can’t wait to return!!!

Fantastic lakefront home

Gene and Sarah were amazing hosts- they responded quickly to questions, made great recommendations and have kept a beautiful home to retreat to. We had a girls weekend away with 6 and were very comfortable. We are already planning next years trip.

We live in nearby Victor, NY (Rochester). Sarah grew up in Corning, NY and spent her childhood summers at Keuka Lake and Gene is from Syracuse.

Why they chose this property

Growing up in the Finger Lakes area and spending time at all of them, we feel there is something special about Keuka and all she has to offer; the water quality, the towns, recreation, food/restaurants/wineries, proximity to other destinations. We were drawn to this property because of the exterior color, which reminded us of Keuka's blue.

What makes this property unique

All of the rooms have gorgeous lake views. The outside deck and patio areas allow for gathering. Keuka Blue is located within a very quiet, peaceful cove. We are not near restaurants or marinas and do not experience a lot of boat traffic or rough waves.
