In the far south-east of Sicily a detached house, set in the countryside Iblea, close to the most beautiful beaches of Sicily. The garden around the house offers plenty of space for outdoor living; in quiet and peaceful area you can walk and enjoy a sunny day watching the horizon and feel better. In summer, the house is very cool and breezy, very beautiful to live there are the months of late spring.

The house has three double bedrooms, each served by a bathroom, a kitchen, a large living-room with fireplace and veranda with sea view.
One of the bedrooms is equipped with for air conditioning.
A rooftop terrace offers the opportunity to sunbathe in peace.
In one of the three bathrooms has a washing machine and ironing board for laundry
Under the house and a garage, you need to do a barbecue.
An outdoor shower in the garden ....

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Giovanna. La maison est grande et spacieuse chaque chambre a sa salle de bain et la Clim! Nous avons eu un superbe accueil avec des spécialités du coin. Merci à Giovanna pour son accueil

SODDISFATTO
Casa grande e comoda con aria condizionata in ognuna delle 4 camere da letto , bagni comodi e nuovi 1 in ogni camera + 1 nel bagno con la lavatrice , spazio esterno x cenare e una bella terrazza sopra la casa dove godersi il panorama. Personalmente curerei maggiormente i dettagli x valorizzare soprattutto lo spazio esterno molto ampio. Non ho dato le 5 stelle solo per lo sterrato un po' brutto negli ultimi 50 metri per raggiungere la casa. La posizione , per le nostre esigenze , buona ..... a 3 minuti da Scicli e a 15 minuti dalle spiagge sia in direzzione Sampieri sia in direzione Donnalucata. A 20 minuti da MODICA e MARINA di RAGUSA. Grazie Giovanna siamo stati molto bene .

Tolles Haus mit herrlichem Ausblick
Wir sind als Großfamilie mit 7 Personen angereist. Das Haus ist schön groß und wir haben alle unseren Platz gefunden. Die Dachterrasse wurde täglich zum sonnen genutzt, dort hatte man seine Privatsphäre und konnte sich mal für 30 Minuten den restlichen Familienmitgliedern entziehen. Alle Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage was Nachts wirklich eine tolle Sache war. Ansonsten ging immer ein schönes Lüftchen. Das war sehr angenehm. Der absolute Knaller war natürlich der Ausblick. Am Tag das Meer, Nachts die Lichter in Scicli. Einfach wunderschön. Wir haben immer draußen gegessen und auch da war genug Platz für alle. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist etwas speziell, mit der Zeit hat man aber die besten Stellen zum fahren herausgefunden. Wir hatten neue Reifen für das Auto benötigt, Giovanna war sofort zu Stelle und ist mit uns zum Reifenhändler Ihres Vertrauens gefahren. Wir haben direkt neue Reifen aufgezogen bekommen. Dafür noch mal vielen herzlichen Dank! Gerne kommen wir ein weiteres Mal wieder!

Schönes großes Ferienhaus in toller Lage mit einem fantastischen Blick aufs Meer. Schlafzimmer und die Bäder sind super, die Küche bräuchte eine kleine Erneuerung. Das einzige Manko ist die Zufahrt von der Hauptstrasse zum Ferienhaus. Hier muss dringend was getan werden, da die letzen 30 m zum Haus mit einem normalen PKW schwer befahrbar sind. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank Giovanna !

Colourful house with amazing views
A spacious house with amazing views to the sea. Lots of room and everything we needed for a relaxing stay, in a quiet rural area near Scicli. Giovanna was a kind host and left us some amazing home-made marmelade!

Das gute Herz von Scicli
Giovanna war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Es gab gleich nach der Ankunft wunderbares Fischgemüse mit Reis und Selbstgebackenes. Und nachdem wir am Flugplatz kein Auto mieten konnten, besorgte Sie uns am nächsten Tage ein Mietauto mit hinbringen und abholen und dableiben bis der Vertragt unterschrieben war! So lernten wir also einen waschechten sizilianischen Engel kennen mit großem Herzen! Das Haus ist herrlich groß, mit einer Veranda die zum Garten hinausführt in dem es voller Vögel wimmelt. Sehr ruhige Lage mit viel Platz im Garten und einen Blick über die Schucht nach Scicli. Die Gegend hat sehr viel Sehenswertes auf engen Raum zu bieten, von da her konnte man mit wenig Aufwand viel erleben. Giovanna , vielen Dank für deine Gastfreundlichkeit und Engagement für deine Gäste. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Stefano und Familie Giovanna era una padrona di casa eccellente. E 'stato subito dopo l'arrivo meravigliose verdure di pesce con riso e fatti in casa. E dopo siamo stati in grado di noleggiare un auto in aeroporto, ci ottenuto il giorno dopo con una macchina a noleggio prendere e attaccare intorno hinbringen ed è stato firmato per l'Orso con! Così abbiamo imparato così in buona fede gli angeli siciliani sanno con un grande cuore! La casa è meravigliosamente grande, con un portico che conduce al giardino brulicante pieno di uccelli. Posizione molto tranquilla con un sacco di spazio in giardino e la vista sul Schucht a Scicli. L'area è in stretto spazio di offrire molto da vedere, a causa della sua si potrebbe sperimentare molto con poco sforzo. Giovanna, grazie per la vostra ospitalità e l'impegno per i vostri ospiti. Echte sizilianische Gastfreundlichkeit!
Scicli (shi-kli ausgesprochen), malerisch in einer Schlucht gelegen, ist eine kleine im sizilianischen Barock erbaute Stadt, die nicht so berühmt aber mit ihren vielen wunderschönen Kirchen und aristokratischen Palazzi sehr attraktiv ist. Giovanna war um unser Wohl sehr bemüht, besorgte Lebensmittel für unsere Ankunft am Weihnachtstag, organisierte unkompliziert Notfall-Medikamente und gab uns gute Restaurant-Tips. Die bereitgestellte selbstgemachte Zitronen-Marmelade und der Limoncello waren ein hit. Die Dachterrasse des Hauses mit dem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer konnten wir Saisonbedingt leider zu wenig nutzen. Aber vor allem die Weihnachtsfeier, die wir in Scicli erleben durften, bleibt uns unvergesslich. Die Gastfreundschaft und Aufgeschlossenheit der Familie Chiaramonti, die uns an diesem echten sizilianischen Natale teilnehmen liess und reichlich bewirtete hat uns begeistert. Hervorragend waren die typischen Spezialitäten von donna Margarita und ihren Helferinnen: besonders die tagliatelle con nero di seppie, verschiedene Scàccia (mit wildem Fenchel, Kräutern oder Topinambur gefüllte Teigtaschen), Mandel-Ricotta Gebäck, selbstgemachten Mandarinen- und Kräuter-Likör… An alle vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundlichkeit und harte Arbeit. Piece and quiet in sunny Sicily
We spent a week in Scicli after 7 days in Palermo. The contrast was striking! Giovanna's house is situated at the end of a little road in the countryside, with a huge garden and a beautiful view. The birds woke us up every morning. It took only 10 to 15 minutes to get to the beach, and 10 minutes to go to Scicli. It is easy to go and have dinner in lively Modica. The house is spacious, nicely furnished, perfectly clean, and Giovanna is always happy to share informations on places to visit and things to do in the area! It was very agreable to also share these moments with her, learn about life in Sicily, get real good addresses for nice restaurants in Modica, directions to get to beautiful beaches. Scicli is nicely situated to go and visit the South-East of the Island and there is plenty to do. Too bad we did not have enough time to spend in the garden, doing nothing! We were with 2 kids of 9 and 13, who really enjoyed the place and the liberty they had in the garden. We would really like to come back for a longer stay and would definitely stay in Giovanna's house again!
