RESERVATIONS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. Costa Dorada, Roda de Bará. Newly renovated apartment WITH TERRACE facing the sea, a few meters from the beach. From the terrace you can perfectly hear the sea and see the Roc Sant Gaieta. Quiet area and beach. Very close to Comarruga. Check in and check out 24 hours.
1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa-bed in the living room, very comfortable and spacious (140X200Ccm) Wifi. Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Italian and nespresso coffee machine, kettle. TV, washing machine. Sheets and towels (washing with disinfection), hairdryer and iron. Bath gel and conditioner. First aid kit. Parking place. Open showers in the building for after the beach.

Cleaning is carried out before and after the stay with a complete disinfection protocol.

Séjour reposant à deux pas de la mer

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour reposant dans un appartement fonctionnel. Karen est une personne disponible et réactive. Le bien est situé dans un secteur calme, en moins de dix minutes à pied nous avons supermarché, restaurants, animations pour les enfants, balade chemin du littoral où autour du port. Un séjour idéal en famille.

Ubicación perfecta

Nos hemos alojado dos semanas en este apartamento ubicado a 2 minutos de la playa. Destacar la perfecta ubicación y la atención de la propietaria. Hemos encontrado que algun pequeño electrodoméstico no funcionaba bien del todo. Como propuesta de mejora se podría instalar aire acondicionado. Las vistas al mar desde la terraza son inmejorables.

Séjour très agréable, endroit très sympa. A connaitre

Logement idéal pour des vacances au soleil d espagne. Plage à 2 minutes et douches extérieurs sympa. Parking appréciable. Mais attention train à proximité attention aux personnes au sommeil léger. Kareen super pour sa communication et sa proximité.

Tres belle prestation

Appartement confortable, très bien équipé, literies de qualité et fermes, décoration soignée. Vaisselle et nécessaire de cuisine pour 4 personnes :complet. Produits de base (huile/vinaigre/sel/sucre...), draps de lit, serviette de bain : à disposition. Proximité de la plage (2 minutes) : mer propre et chaude, pas surpeuplée. Belle vue de la terrasse, sans vis a vis, avec un pin qui permet de l'ombre en journée (appréciable / forte chaleur). Karen, l’hôte nous accueille et reste à disposition le temps du séjour, habite dans la rue. Résidence calme, douche à l’extérieur pour le retour de plage, parking. Seul Bémol, la proximité de la ligne de chemin de fer sur l'arrière. Nous recommandons, à louer en étant conscient de la proximité des trains (peu de passage la nuit, quasiment pas le Week-end, mais réguliers en semaine). Très bon séjour.

Très bon séjour en famille !

Bien accueillis par Karen la propriétaire, qui nous a directement remis les clefs. Elle est à 2 min de la location ! Appartement conforme aux photos et descriptif. Moderne, propre, lumineux et bien situé. Bonnes literies. Bien équipé côté cuisine. Balcon et parking appréciables. Et surtout proximité de la plage ! Seul petit inconvénient la voie ferrée derrière. Mais appart bien insonorise. Merci encore à Karen pour sa convivialité et sa disposition !
