This reverse level character cottage is situated in the Cornish town of Porthleven and can sleep two people in one bedroom.
Rosa Cottage is a cosy and comfortable, reverse level, character cottage situated in the Cornish seaside town on Porthleven. The cottage sleeps two people and one baby and has one king bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there is an open plan kitchen and sitting area with wide bay window. Outside there is a courtyard garden area. Walking distance to the towns amenities and beach makes this an ideal choice for a couples retreat.
Amenities: Night storage heating and electric heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Wood burner. Smart TV. WiFi. Cot and highchair available at request. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking can be found nearby. Courtyard garden. Sorry no children over 2 years, no pets and no smoking. Parking is on the public lane in front of the cottage. Note: Entrance is through a garden gate and nine big granite steps down to the front door. Shops, pubs, restaurants and beach 5 minute walk.
