The Courtyard is a lovely reverse-level barn conversion situated in a rural location near the Cornish town of Porthleven. The barn sleeps two adults and has one king bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is as shared courtyard with seating and off road parking for one car. With a rural setting but within easy reach of beaches and harbours, The Courtyard is an excellent barn for a couple's holiday. 2 well-behaved pets welcome, charge for 2nd pet.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher. TV, DVD. WiFi. Storage for beach equipment. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared courtyard area with seating. Cot and highchair available on request. 2 well-behaved pets welcome, charge for 2nd pet. Sorry, no children over 2yrs and no smoking. Pub/restaurant 1.5 miles. Coast 3 miles.
