This villa style lodge is within the Tamar Valley Resort near Callington, set within rolling countryside with over 20 acres to explore, includes on-site facilities such as indoor and outdoor heated pools, onsite bar and restaurant, gym and childrens play area (seasonal opening time may apply), this property is ideal for a family. The property has two floors with reverse accommodation, all bedrooms are on the ground floor and the open plan living area is on the first floor making the most of the views. Outside the property has a balcony from the first floor and a sheltered patio with hot tub. Access to the property is by a number of steep steps, and a steep winding path. Located in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty this property is ideal for exploring.

Shared use of on-site leisure facilities including bar, indoor heated pool, outdoor heated pool (open mid May - mid September weather dependant), outdoor chess and tennis courts. From the top of Kit Hill there are amazing views across south-east Cornwall as far as Plymouth Sound.
