New throughout and with hardwood floor finishes, the apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed with built in wardrobes and the other two with 2 twin rooms in each. The clean lines and neutral tones create a light airy space. There are two complete bathrooms.





The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Includes towels, bed linens, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen has all the utensils for a quotidian use. You will also find a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer.



If you are keen to explore everything Barcelona centre has to offer this is definitely the choice for you. The bustling Las Ramblas starts just the other side of the square. Also, just on the doorstep are Passeig de Gracia, Rambla Catalunya, Plaça Universitat and the main shopping street Portal del Àngel. You can get around the city easily by bus, taxi and metro line 3 (green) and line 1 (red). If you prefer to wander around on foot this is perfect to discover the winding streets of the Gothic and Raval quarters or see the Cathedral or Picasso museum in the fashionable Born district.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:

Check in after 15:00.

Check out before 11:00.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this will depend on previous/following bookings and have additional costs.

Kindly note that check-ins after 9 p.m. have an extra cost: Check-ins between 9 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. have an extra charge of 30€.

Please, make sure you give us a call 30 minutes before you get to the apartment.







HOUSE RULES:

Clients are committed to act with the utmost courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment building residents. Loud noise and general acts of disrespect will not be tolerated. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited. The non-fulfillment of any of these norms can cause the immediate expulsion of the clients from the flat without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation. The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning, in the same way the apartment was found on the arrival day. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.



The Tourist Tax must be paid upon arrival, it’s mandatory for all guests older than 16 years old, only applicable to the first 7 nights.

Public parking available on request for 27.50€ per night.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Only families and groups of people 30 years old are accepted.



Pets (under 5 kg) are allowed for en extra charge, prior confirmation needed.
