Casale Pietrafitta is good rustic simplicity in a beautiful rustic setting. It is located among the lovely town of Civita, Montefiascone and Bolsena Lake, near the border between Lazio and Umbria with Rom, Viterbo, Orvieto, Todi, Perugia and Spoleto all within an easy drive.
The house is composed of 3 apartments with independent entrances but it is rented as private villa for 3/4 families and couples or group of friends. The house is a classically solid tufa stone construction with thick walls that make for a cool interior in summer and a warm cosy feel at other times of the year. It is beamed and simply furnished in a solid dark wood fashion, as are the characteristically stout doors and windows shutters. To one side of the property is a swimming pool which also provides an excellent panorama.
