The villa consists of an underground area with a laundry room and two floors. (To access the first floor from the ground floor you have to use a covered staircase). The interior is filled with lovely and typical Tuscan stylish touches, and throughout are good quality fixtures and fittings.
Access to the property is via electric gates from a main road which is about 100 meters from the house.
