Located 6 km SOUTH OF BASTIA and less than 2 km from the beach, this accommodation located in a very calm and flowered area offers you both the opportunity to rest while discovering CORSICA.
The train station is 900m, the bus 250m for the villa.
Shops are nearby (shopping center, restaurant, bakery etc.).

Portal, 2 places carpark, direct access to the garden of 200 m fenced sported and without screw has screw.

Hall with cupboard-dressing, hallway, double stay and open kitchen giving towards the terrace which takes you to the garden. 1 room 12m, shower room, separate WC, 1 pantry with washing machine.

Pretty staircase, hall access terrace, 1 bedroom 18m, 3rd bedroom 14m with dressing, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet with lava hands.
House in perfect condition. Thank you for smoking outside. dogs are not excepted inside the villa.
