The apartment is located on a cliff between the beaches of Carihuela and Bajondillo, from where you can enjoy the tranquility of a home and splendid views. But there is a private elevator/lift direct to the beach/promenade and other to the center city. So you are directly on the beach or center without steps.

superbe appartement, belle grandeur de pièces, balcon bien situe pour le soleil en pm. Quelques éléments manquants pour le confort; couverture chaude, pas de tablettes dans les douches, pas de mitaines de four, etc.Dans l ensemble, nous recommandons!

Logement bien aménagé avec très belle vue de la mer et de la plage côté Bénalmadena. Cuisine bien équipée et lit confortable. Photos représentent exactement ce qui vous attend. Excellent service et communication avec Aurélio et Maria.

La situación y vistas del apartamento. La comodidad para bajar a la playa o estar en la zona de arriba del pueblo. Atencion y amabilidad de la persona que nos dio las llaves . Más utensilios de cocina como por ejemplo un cuchillo para cortar el pan mejor que el que hay ya que apenas corta. Poner algún paño más de cocina y servilletas. Y manteles individuales. Alguna balleta más para la cocina . Un toldo en la terraza ya que con los cristales y la luz hace efecto invernadero dentro.

Schöne, geräumige Wohnung. Toller Blick aufs Meer. Die beiden Schlafzimmerfronten sind komplett aus Glas, natürlich mit Jalousie, so dass man vom Bett aus auf das Meer blicken kann. Alles in allem prima.

Perfect location

I liked the size of the rooms and location. The poolbar and pool was safe and nice. The view was magical. The service and the organisation with payment was not so good, and felt unsafe. The appartments had aircon trouble that was not solved during the stay. There was no equipment for cleaning, but demands of clean appartment. So we had to buy a lot of ordinary things. No trash bags, no soap, no brush for cleaning, two small toiletpapers, no coffiee.

Nach den schlechten Bewertungen im Vorfeld, hatten wir schon ein paar Bedenken. Diese waren aber völlig unbegründet. Von dem Erstkontakt bis hin zur Wohnungsübergabe hat alles super geklappt. Danke Bei über 10 Tagen , müsste man die Handtücher tauschen können

Great Beachfront Apartment!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this great beachfront apartment! Although the building was a little older and needed updates in the common areas, the apartment itself felt modern, fresh, and very updated. We had everything we needed, and the location was great! Would love to stay again!

Très bien situé. Vitré en entier avec vue sur la mer. Pas pour quatre personnes , pour deux seulement car relativement petit. Des renovations sont à venir, donc va probablement changer.

Très belle vue

La vue est magnifique mais nous n'avons pas eu l'appartement que nous avions réservé. Nous avons apprécié le parking couvert et l'accès direct à la plage. Nous avions réservé un appartement avec un grand balcon double et avec une superficie de 80m2 et nous avons eu à la place un appartement avec un petit balcon et une superficie de 70m2. Nous nous en sommes aperçu par hasard : aucune information préalable n'avait été donnée. Aucun dédommagement n'a été proposé. L'immeuble est vieillissant, l'appartement a été refait mais il n'y a pas de store alors qu'il est plein sud. Il y avait de la poussière par terre et les joints des salles de bain sont à changer. La douche est pleine de calcaire et l'eau ne coule pas correctement. Il y a peu de vaisselle, il faudrait surtout plus de verres et de mugs.

Great position but requires refurbishment.

The location of the property was first class. However, the condition of the apartment was not it requires substantial renovation. The service of the letting agent was very poor. For a ten day stay there was no change of bed linen or towels no soap was provided and only one toilet roll per bathroom. I find this unacceptable. At the time of writing I am pursuing the agent for the return of my 350 euro deposit to which they are as yet unresponsive. In conclusion I would not use these agents again. Michael Whitehouse

its all about the location..GREAT! the condo had everything we wanted and it was clean, but could use a little tender attention but it wouldnt stop us going there again. We had a wonderful vacation. The booking and payment process was not easy for us . It was our 37 world wide rental and had never run into a place that you just couldn.t put both payments on your credit card .Also be aware beach towels are not provided and you must pay 3euros each for a lounger at the pool per day.

Location: Good. Lift to level 5, main town via sun terrace, 5mins away bars etc. Lift to level 0, beach - bars etc, 1min. Over looking beach - bars, no noise just the sea. Room layout. Good. Both rooms have glass walls looking out to sea. Balcony door-wall is glass panels that open completely. General building Fair. Pool was closed so cannot comment. Pool area, big, plenty of space, you will need to take your own blow-up bead. Building dates from 70s so as the style of the 70s. Pool bar, never tried but looked good condition and fare priced Overall nice quality location with good access to all types of entertainment. Thank you.

Die Lage ist spitze. Allerdings ist das Apartment mit seinen zwei wenig voneinander abgetrennten Schlafzimmern nur für Familien geeignet und weniger für vier Erwachsene.

Well designed apartment with stunning view

The apartment has absolutely the best location between Torremolinos and La Carihuela. Also the balcony and the view are magnificent, with the sunshine for all day long, along with the beautiful sunset. The handy lift takes you straight to the sandy beach. The apartment seems to be totally re-designed and is perfect e.g. for two couples. Both bedrooms are with "floor-to-ceiling" glass wall, equipped with an easy panel-curtain. It´s also very important that both of the bedrooms have their own spacious bathrooms and toilets. And the funny spa-showers are worth experiencing! Kitchen is tiny and clean, but we prefer to have all our meals in the (very many!) restaurants in the neighborhood. The only disappointment was the closed pool on sundeck. The weather was perfect for sunbathing and a little dip, at least for us northern people. We also got an impression that the pool is in use around the year. But... we swam in the sea anyway. If you appreciate a perfect location, view, silence and cool interior with full of light, this could be your choice.

Our stay at Santa Clara

A beautiful apartment in a great location. Roomy with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, excellent shower. Lift down to Carihuela, beach and bars. 12 minute walk to Torremolinos and Metro. Also a few very nice bars within a few minutes walk by the supermacardo. Will stay again very soon.
