It is a protected natural area so you can enjoy unusual places.

Nice apartement genius View and Place near the Lagoon

Now for the fifth time in playa paraiso i have chosen ones again this apartement. Fast and nice conversation. The place is only a six minutes walk from the big lagoon and the view from the higher level to costa Calma or the lagoon is every day new a big pleasure. Good cooking facilities are includes in the kitchen. The apartement-complex is calm and the clear pool (sweet water) is often ready for a alone-use.

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment, schöner Ausblick

Das Apartment hatte einen schönen Blick aus erhöhter Lage auf Costa Calma und das Meer. Die Ausstattung beinhaltete alles was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Ein paar deutsche TV Sender waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Einziger Minuspunkt war, dass wir ein Apartment in der Etage darüber gebucht hatten mit noch besserer Aussicht und größerem Wohnzimmer, dann jedoch ein Apartment mit kleinerem Wohnzimmer und weniger Aussicht erhalten haben.

Super Schöne gepflegte Ferienwohnung, mit grandiosem Ausblick aufs Meer

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief super. Wir konnten innerhalb eines Tages in die kleinere Wohnung umziehen, die wir ursprünglich gebucht hatten. Da wir 3Wochen da waren, war uns der Meerblick wichtig, der von der Terrassenwohnung nicht so optimal ist. Die Einrichtung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick. Leider ist die Anfahrt auf einer Schotterpiste mit Schlaglöchern gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Parksituation an der Anlage ist auch schwierig.

Gut eingerichtete Wohnung an der Laguna Sotavento

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung gut gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Laguna Sotavento ist nur 5 min. entfernt. Negativ aufgefallen, dass für Plastikmüll und Papier keine separate Container vorhanden waren.

Urlaub am playa paraiso

Wir waren im März 2018 zwei Wochen zu Gast in Alejandro´s Appartment und haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Das Appartment war sauber, gepflegt und modern eingerichtet, wir hätten uns nur einen Wasserkocher gewünscht und eine komfortablere Sitzgelegenheit auf dem Balkon, damit man besser draussen essen und verweilen kann. Auch die Betten waren mit nach deutschem Vorbild ordentlich mit hübscher Wäsche bezogen, das emfanden wir als sehr angenehm. Auch die hauseigene gepflegte Poolanlage bietet Entspannung pur. Wer die Einsamkeit bevorzugt, Ruhe haben will, Strand und den Wind liebt ist hier goldrichtig. Ansonsten haben wir den Blick vom Balkon auf Costa Calma und das Meer geliebt und kommen gerne wieder. Beautiful Apartment the most amazing views

A family of 3, one 10 year old, Mum and Dad. The apartment was easy to find it is at the top of a dirt road but the block is signposted. The apartment was very clean all the utilities you need in the kitchen. My daughters bed was made up in the living room which was great as we arrived late. The view is fantastic sitting eating breakfast in the sun overlooking the ocean and the town is a perfect way to start the year. Only drawback was no Uk Tv (for 10 year old!) and no WiFi, unfortunately the pool WiFi was not strong enough. However that is a small issue for a great apartment, thank you 😀😀

Very nice indeed

A lovely one bed apartment with great views to the ocean. Beautifully furnished . Do not arrive after dark as there are no streetlights which makes it impossible to locate .

Tranquilo y limpio

Sólo un juego de toallas es muy poco, para estar en un sitio de playa que la mayoría llega desde fuera con equipaje de mano, al igual que sábanas o paños de cocina, por lo demás el apartamento estaba muy limpio , cómodo y tranquilo . Tambien si pusieran persianas en el salón sería más fresco porque No tiene aire acondicionado y da el sol toda la mañana, en el dormitorio también estaría bien una celosos por los mosquitos y a su vez una persiana para tener un poco de intimidad. También decirle que el señor que cuida la piscina es un mal educado que crítica y nos pone de cerdos a todos.

Sehr schönes Apartment, schöne Anlage, sehr netter Vermieter

Die Anlage liegt auf einer Anhöhe mit schönen Blick auf die Bucht von Sotavento Beach. Das Apartment ist sehr sauer, sehr modern eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist schön und sauber. Alles in allem ein tolles Apartment. Würde jederzeit wieder dort wohnen wollen.
