Welcome to Phoenix 10! This is a Gulf front 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 10. There is a King in the Master bedroom, a Queen in the Guest Bedroom 1, and 2 Fulls in Guest Bedroom 2, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy a private balcony that overlooks the beautiful white, sandy beaches and crystal blue waters of the Alabama Gulf Coast. This condo has wireless Internet and cable and has flat screen TV's in all of the bedrooms and also in the living room.

What we were looking for, everything worked as expected. A lamp was damaged when we got there, but unless we get blamed, no biggie. Great view, attentive security and facility employees

Spring Break

Our stay was awesome! The master bathroom needs a little love and the toilet is VERY tiny. The other bathroom is very nice and updated. The patio is large with an amazing view of the gulf. It’s right next to Flora-Bama. The kitchen was well stocked and clean.

Quick Spring Break

Great Family Vacation

This was one of our best vacations. Condo was beautiful and in a great location. Right next to Flora-Bama. We had an amazing view from our balcony. We will be back next year.

Great stay!

This location was excellent! Perfect location for all both kids and adults. The outside pool was great and the inside pool and hot tubs were clean and stayed open until 11 pm which was perfect for the kids. The unit itself was a bit dated although that does not really matter, and was clean but some places needed a little extra care. Overall, great place!

Family memories are priceless!

We had a wonderful time at the beach! We laughed and got to relax with our children and grandchildren. Time is precious and it’s hard to get everyone together but this trip checked off all the to dos of everyone.

Everything was good...a matching set of 6 wine glasses would be good. There is only 2 wine glasses both different sizes. The master bedroom bath, the tub is hard to get in out because of the size. Good stay.

Great location, poor cleanliness, outdated

The property was as described, however, we had several other friends staying at neighboring units and this unit was very outdated compared to the others that were also the same price. The unit accommodated our group just fine, but the cleanliness upon arrival was sub par at best. Dirty countertops, dirty tile floors, dirty bedroom floors, etc. I would suggest looking for another unit at Phoenix 10 before settling on this one.

Needed some serious updating and cleaning!

We were wrongfully informed of the unit we rented on lline. We were told it was a handicap accessible room and when we arrived our son was not able to get into any room. Consequently, we had to take a different room which I feel was not ready for guests. Bedding was dirty as was the sofa and floors. Many items were broken in the unit. I am afraid We would be hard pressed to rent from this particular property management again. We did receive a small refund and I wish, now, I would have asked for more. This property needs some serious updating. Disappointed we didn’t get the unit we rented on line. People need to be trained as to what “handicap accessible” means.

Good place to stay

Excellent location, walking distance to most anything you need. Had a maintenance issue with one of the showers, called property management and problem was fixed within an hour.Furniture could use upgrading, but overall, would stay in this unit again.
