Chiado 10 is a top quality flat with all the amenities of a modern apartment: recent construction; bright spacious environment, simultaneously refined and comfortable; extremely well equipped with amenities; tasteful decoration where antique meets modern: flat is furnished with Portuguese, Swedish, Italian and Danish inspired contemporary furniture that blend with some unique early Portuguese 20th Century antique pieces. Uniting the scenario there are original Portuguese paintings on the walls.

Apartment is located on a 1st floor (no elevator) and can accommodate up to 4 adults.
Entrance opens to a hall. To the left, back of the apartment, you will find the bedrooms. First bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and a large closet; second bedroom has two large size single beds and another large closet.
To the right of the hall you will find a spacious living room, with a separate area for meals and social comfortable area appealing to relaxation and conversation. A very well appointed kitchen, with breakfast tables, and a full bathroom complete the apartment.

Due to the bedrooms layout, apartment Chiado 10 is designed for families or other guests aiming to stay with all comfort in a design apartment in the heart of town.

Comfy in Chiado

Our host Mario was gracious and informative, the apartment was comfortable and a great location to restaurants and sites to visit. My only complaint is the bed was very firm, not my preference. Otherwise the apartment was just what we hoped for in our Lisbon visit.

Nice apartment

The apartment was nice and had a large kitchen with all the supplies you would need if you plan on doing some cooking. I loved the area. Lots of shopping and eating nearby. The beds were a little hard, but I didn’t notice so much as I was tired from walking the hills.

Great stay in Chiado!

We had a great experience staying at Mario’s apartment in Chiado with our family. The location was very central to many activities in Lisbon, but it was on a quiet street with minimal traffic. We were there during a couple of hot August days and appreciated the A/C in all of the bedrooms & living room. Mario was quick with communication and we were even able to check in early, as our apartment was ready. We would definitely recommend staying here when in Lisbon.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful visit to Lisbon. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Most important, it is walking distance to most of the tourist sights, restaurants and bars.

Great location, quiet and friendly flat

Mario was helpful at all times. We found the flat surprisingly quiet given it's central location which is in minutes walk of Chiado's attractions and restaurants. It is clean and well maintained and secure.

This accommodation was perfect for two couples with two large bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a big bathroom and living/dining room. The proximity to many sites in Lisbon was excellent! We would all highly recommend this beautiful property.

Interesting neighborhood nice flat

It was easy to access this flat it was within walking distance to many sites and places. The host was available for questions and very helpful. We each had our own room, nice kitchen too.

Great apartment and host

We had an excellent stay with our 2 kids. The apartment is very well located and has all the amenities for a very comfortable stay. The A/C keeps all the bedrooms cool in the hot summer months. Mario was extremely helpful and even helped us arrange airport transportation. We’d stay here again

Chiado March 24

Great stay . The location is fantastic. Walk to lots of areas and attractions but also very near main transit lines. Loads of great restaurants close by. The street and apartment are quiet in a very busy area . The unit is modern , well-equipped and spacious. Mario was great to work with , communication was excellent , minor issues were solved immedialety. Highly recommend !!

Lisbon apartment

This was the perfect 2 bedroom one bath apartment with air conditioning to stay at to start our Portugal holiday. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need plus a clothes washer. The location of the apartment was perfect as we used the hop on hop off bus to navigate the city.

Great apartment in a great location

The apartment was perfect for us. It was in a very busy part of Lisbon, but still the side street it is on was not too noisy. We had plenty of room. The washing machine was a little tough for us to figure out, but it worked fine. Mario and Rui were easy to work with and there were no surprises. We would stay there again.

Beautiful, well-appointed apartment in great location

We stayed four nights in this comfortable, well-appointed apartment in the heart of Lisbon's Chiado district. Mario met us when we arrived, provided helpful information about the apartment as well as the best restaurants and shopping in the neighborhood (and there are many!). Mario's assistance in arranging transportation to the airport at a very early hour upon our departure was invaluable and most appreciated. Highly, highly recommended!

4 nights in Lisbon

Great apartment in super location. Subway was minutes away and tons of restaurants and bars nearby. A short 4 minute walk to shopping. The apartment itself was very clean and had nice linens and amenities. There was coffee to get us started and lots of dishes if you decide to cook. Mario was very responsive and let us store our luggage in his office. We arrived very early and he managed to get us into the apartment ahead of our normal check in time. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

As advertised.

Communications with the host was timely. Unit was as advertised, clean and functional. Good area, easy to get around on foot, but be aware there are lots of hills, narrow cobblestone roads and virtually no parking so I wouldn't recommend if you have a vehicle.

The end of our vacation

This property was in a great area of Lisbon. We were close to transit and the central area.It is very hilly so be prepared..We had a bit of a communication miss with our host Mario,but he quickly got his houskeeper to open the apartment, so it worked out fine.And Mario's office was very close so it was easy to get a hold of him. For when we used taxis, the drivers had a bit of an issue finding the address as the adjoining street is closed to traffic for the evening diners.A taxi from central Lisbon was 7.50-10.00Euros.The apartment was large ,clean and with comfortable beds.The only recommendation I have is to put in a new shower head as the one we had sprayed water everywhere and not much on our bodies.Plus ,for the ladies a new more powerful hair dryer would be appreciated. Also a French press coffee maker would be nice.Our group was three retired nurses and this stay was at the end of two weeks spent in Lisbon,the Algarve and visiting with friends. Do visit the Time Out Market and try the octopus hot dog-I dare you.And wear sensible shoes everywhere you go.
