A 3 fős apartmant tudjuk csak értékelni: A szállás adatlapján azt írták, tudnak magyarul : a választásunknál ez volt az első számú szempont, de ez nem igaz, nem tudnak magyarul ! A választásunknál szintén szempont volt, hogy közel legyen a víz, az adatlapon pedig a szobák alaprajzát bemutató képeken arra utalnak, hogy kb. 330 méter a távolság a tengerig : ez szintén nem igaz, minimum 1,2-1,5 km-re van a tenger ! Az apartmanban nincs klíma, de még csak egy ventilátor sem.. A tűzhely melletti konnektor félig kint lóg a falból, a konyhai elszívónak pedig nincs elvezető csöve, az ételgőzök azonnal visszajutnak a helyiségbe! Nincs mikrosütő… A hűtőszekrény rendkívül gyenge teljesítményű, pár nap alatt több élelmiszerünk is megromlott benne...

Sajnos vannak rossz tapasztalataink Önöknél: - a Wifi csak a hálóban működik rendesen, a teraszon abszolút nem; - koszos volt az apartman; - alapvető dolgok nem voltak (kis só, cukor); - a tulajdonos szerint 1 tekercs WC papír és 1 db szemeteszsák jár egy nyaralásra (eddig akárhol voltunk Horvátországban nyaralni, mindig adtak pluszt); - az adatlap ellenére ne tudtak magyarul és nem volt légkondis a szoba; - a szoba nem ízlésesen van berendezve, hanem ezer éves bútorokkal - a szekrényajtóval rendesen küzdeni kellett; - a feltöltött képek nem mindegyik takarja a valóságot, pl.: a szomszéd apartman és e között nincs takarás, ezért látjuk/halljuk egész nap egymást - nem túl kényelmes; - kerékpárt nem lehetett kölcsönözni; - grillezési lehetőség van, de pár hasáb fa nem ártana. Csak egy megjegyzés: ha egy picit többet adnak 500 EUR - ért (pl.: +1 tekercs wc papír, 1-2 db szemeteszsák, só, cukor, esetleg egy kis olaj, stb ... akkor túl nagy költségekbe nem verik magukat, de az ember sokkal elégedettebben távozik). U.i.: ha már tele van az udvar óriási bogarakkal, legalább valami bogárírtó sprét vagy valamit adhatnának az embernek.

:) Отдыхали с женой и сыном 14 лет и очень доволь...

:) Отдыхали с женой и сыном 14 лет и очень довольны своим пребыванием в апартаментах 5533 в Ядраново. Это две небольшие, но вполне достаточные для размещения трех человек, комнаты на первом этаже. Самое привлекательное, на наш взгляд, это небольшой, но любовно ухоженный тенистый дворик со стационарным каменным барбекю и столиком, весь в цветах. Этот дворик и барбекю находятся в эксклюзивном пользовании обитателей именно этого апартамента и достаточно закрыты от посторонних глаз. За столом во дворе приятно завтракать перед походом на пляж, или ужинать, сидя у огня, на котором приятно шипят купленные на местном, ядрановском, рыночке рыбы или мясо из также имеющегося в двух шагах от дома мясного магазинчика ("мясницы"). Не менее приятно и совершенное радушие хозяев, которые постоянно проживают этажом выше и к ним всегда можно обратиться за какой-либо консультацией или помощью . Хозяйка Ядранка очень симпатичная и радушная женщина. В комнатах идеальная чистота. Дом расположен в тишайшем месте в центре поселка Ядраново - до супермаркета с продуктами и мясницы - не более 3 минут пешком. Парковка в 10 м, прямо у дома, машина на виду. До ближайшего выхода к морю - набережной с причалами для лодок ("Obala") - 10 минут пешком, до оборудованного пляжа с насыпной мелкой галькой - 12 минут. И пляж и вода - чистейшие. У самого пляжа через дорогу ресторанчик, бар с мороженным и пиццерия-спагеттерия с великолепными, совершенно итальянскими по качеству, пиццами из дровяной печи (можно брать и "на вынос"). На машине от Ядраново 10-15 мин. до Цриквеницы - большого курорта с развлечениями и магазинами; 30 мин. до города Риека с шопингом и большим рынком (рыба, мясо и проч. дары местной земли). Доступны в пределах 1-1,5 часов все города Истрии, в 2,5 часах езды (по горной дороге) Плитвицкие озера. Я безусловно рекомендую апартаменты 5533 и сам непременно остановлюсь в них, если решу ещё раз посетить Ядраново.
