Good location, great views, building is dated, some details left out (see review).
This apartment has great views and is clean. The pictures of the apartment are accurate, except all of the outdoor pictures, except the view of the lake, are from other locations at the complex.
The host was sick when we stayed here. I cannot tell if this caused the lack of communication. I do not hold this against him. He did communicate well via WeChat, except he never told me to use WeChat. We never heard from him before arrival, though he had sent messages via WeChat and I just did not know to look there.
The written instructions are not thorough when compared to other properties I have rented. There are no instruction on how to use the washing machine or where to dispose of the trash and recycling.
The host charged us an extra 15€ for sheets for our daughter to stay with us for one night. This was never disclosed and if you book this property via VRBO using 2 or 3 adults there is no price difference.
It is worth noting the towels, though clean, smelled bad. They should be discarded and new towels should be supplied.
There is no air conditioning in this apartment, but there is generally a nice breeze at night. The property is not advertised as having AC, but the units you see in the photos are heat only.
Women are required to wear a skull cap in the pool.
Overall, this complex is dated and needs refreshed, though the pool and grounds were well kept. It was probably beautiful 40 years ago.
