A pink penthouse on the Gulf

Fully equipped, recently restored penthouse with elevator, a few steps away from the city centre and the beach and well connected position. A huge, sunny and airy terrace (80 mq) facing south-east offers space for dining table, deck chairs, sun loungers, awnings and hammock. Apartment is perfect for 4 people, but it can host up to 6 thanks to a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Furnished in a modern and functional style, it is comprised of: double room, bunk bed room with wardrobe-in, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washmachine, iron and ironing board, LCD tv, radio, mosquito nets at the windows, fully outfitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine and kettle. Books and toys are available for younger guests, along with some unbreakable dishes. Guides and books in consultation in the living room.

**Tourist tax 1,5 € is applied per person for each overnight stay and will be paid cash at the check-in. Minors up to 15th birthday are for free **

Great apartment in Rapallo

We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable apartment and can recommend it. The kitchen and the bathroom are very well equipped. We often enjoyed sitting on the large balcony in the evening hours. The beds were very relaxing und comfortable. The communication before the arrival was very easy. Thanks a lot, Francesca! ;-)

Great place to stay in Rapallo

The apartment is really cute and the balcony is great with nice views. All amenities were there and even parking in the neighborhood wasn't too bad. Good communication with Francesca and overall it was a great stay!

Great apartment and large balcony in a good location.

The apartment is very well finished. It has a great balcony that has 3 sides of the building so you can always find the sun. Beds are comfy and the bathroom is good. Free wifi. Easy walk to centre and sea. A great place to stay in Rapallo.

Modern flat with amazing terrace

Very nice flat with all you need. It is exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The terrace is amazing and you can eat there and relax. The flat is very comfy for 4 people and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is nicely decorated, modern (rebuilt recently). It is well located (10 minutes walk from the city center). Our host was very friendly and did everything to help. She was also very responsive.

A lovely winter holiday at a lovely home from a lovely host :)

We stayed at the penthouse for the last week of December 2024, New Year included. The appartement is spacious, warm, well-cared for and very clean. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equiped. The terrace is huge and offers a gorgeous view of the surroundings (including all the fireworks!). The street is quiet and you have a supermarket 30 m away. Everything is perfectly doable on foot. Do keep into account that finding a parking nearby is nearly impossible. You can park in front of the appartment to unload the suitcases (there is an elevator). We parked the car in Via Fioria, which is a 25 minute beautiful walk from the appartment. It gave us the chance to take the train to Cinque terre and Genova (we only took the car to Pisa). The communication with our hostess, Francesca, was from the start perfect! Polite, helpful, with heaps of advice on the appartment, where to eat, what to see, where to shop, ... And all in perfect English! A huge relief and an added bonus to the beautiful penthouse! We went with our 2 kids, aged 2,5 and 8, and for them it was also perfectly in order, and a fun holiday! To Francesca: thank you very much for your hospitality, great tips and kindness. We wish you well and advise travellers to certainly make use of her appartment, and Rapallo is beautiful (and not too busy) in the winter! Will definitely be coming back!

Great apartment

A great apartment well equipped. Terrace is very large and very useable. Air conditioning is excellent - all 3 units. Decor is good too. Shops, beach & restaurants about a 10 minute walk distant. Parking is a lucky dip. Note that there is no oven - only microwave. We (a couple) enjoyed our stay and have suggested to the owner that better towels could be provided. An enjoyable stay!

Great base for exploring the Riviera

A well- furnished apartment with large terrace for eating and sitting outside. Comfortable beds. Air con was essential and worked well. Francesca was very helpful - made sure our arrival was straightforward and was easy to contact if we needed help. A great base to walk the Portofino peninsula and the riviera. Make sure to visit quieter towns like Monglia as well as the more touristy Cinque Taxi to get from Rapallo station to the flat was expensive. If you don’t have much luggage, it’s an easy walk. Well- stocked local supermarket 10 mins walk.

Great stay in “the pink apartment”

Last week returned from a fantastic 2 week stay in Francesca’s pink apartment. The apartment is well equipped. And when we left, it almost felt as leaving home. Terrace is great and very useable. The apartment is well located. Shops, citycenter en the port are within 10 to 15 minutes walk. Rapallo is a perfect start to discover Cinque Terre. But also Genua and Pisa are nice to visit. Francesca is very helpful and if you have a question she respons very quick. We had a great stay. Thanks Francesca and best regards from all of us. Ciao

Tolle Unterkunft, tolle Vermieterin

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Rapallo! Die Wohnung war toll, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und bot alles, was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt. Die Dachterrasse hatte es uns allen angetan und bot viele gemütliche Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Hängematte war immer heiß begehrt! Die Wohnung bietet einen super Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen und Ausflüge. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der supernette Kontakt zu Francesca, der Vermieterin. Sie war für alle Fragen ansprechbar und hat uns viele nützliche Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Rundherum schön

Wir haben den Urlaub in der Wohnung von Francesca sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat eine super Aufteilung, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist toll, um mit Bus und Bahn die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Auto kann stehen bleiben. Durch das Güte Wetter hatten wir beste Möglichkeit, auch die Terasse ausgiebig zu nutzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Francesca ist eine tolle Gastgeberin.

A lovely, well-resourced appartment in good location

We loved the hammock, roof terrace, views and decor. The appartment was very clean and comfortable; and communication from Francesca, the owner, was excellent! Situated in a residential area, amongst the comings and goings of daily life, it felt very authentic. We had a short walk to good bakeries and supermarkets. The attractions of Rapallo were all within a 20 minute walk, seafront only 10 minutes away. We enjoyed day trips to Cinque Terre, Portofino, Sestri Levante and the Rapallo Funivia. We will take many happy memories away, from our time at Penthouse Antico Rosso 🌞🙂

Wir haben 11 Nächte in Francescas rosa Penthouse verbracht. Es war alles super. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, es war eine unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen um Ausflüge nach Portofino oder entlang der ligurischen Küste zu machen (Auto oder Fähre) oder einfach nur einen Tag am Strand zu verbringen. Rapallo ist wunderschön. Jederzeit wieder!

Beautiful Apartment with lovely sunny balcony

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment It is in a good location about a 10 minute walk to the water front and lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment is spotlessly clean, equipped with all you could need, nice bedrooms and bathroom with big shower, kitchen and living area. The sunny balcony is enormous with lots of patio furniture sun loungers etc but it also has plenty of sun shades to use when the Italian sun gets too hot. The transport links are very good with Rapallo railway station being only a 15 minute walk away. This has regular trains to Santa Margherita, Genoa and Cinque Terre.

Just nice....

We stayed in this wonderful apartment for (sadly just...) one week. We enjoyed the time so much. The flat is decorated with much love and bath and kitchen are high standard. The terrasse is huge and if the weather is fine you will spend most of the time outside.The beds are very good (important!) and you can use electric jalousie-absolut perfect. The air condition wasn't working. Francesca informed us about that as early as possible and offered us free parking near the flat instead.That was absolutely fair and correct. We left Rappalo little sad, we liked the area and the walks in town, to the beach, to St. Michele or just to take fresh bread. Maybe we come back and then surely to that lovely apartment. Thanks a lot for always answering quick and friendly when we needed help. Jörn&family Aurich

Einfach toll!

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier. Die Altstadt ist in kurzer Zeit zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die helle Wohnung mit der grossen Terrasse hat uns sehr gefallen! Bad und Küche sind top, alles hat funktioniert! Übergabe und Kommunikation waren unklompiziert!

Eine tolle, moderne und sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit riesen Dachterrasse und einer super Gastgeberin

Wir haben vier Tage in Rapallo verbracht und die Zeit in der Wohnung absolut genossen. Hierbei handelt sich um ein Penthouse mit riesiger, toller Dachterrasse und super Lage neben der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist elegant und hochwertig eingerichtet und es fehlt tatsächlich an nichts. Ansonsten ist Francesca eine sehr höfliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin..auch Ein- und Auschecken liefen absolut entspannt und reibungslos ab. Echt grosses Lob..tolle Leistung! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ottima vacanza in ottimo attico

Appartamento piacevole, ben arredato e recentemente ristrutturato, pulito, confortevole e dotato di aria condizionata, tapparelle elettriche, tende da sole e wi-fi gratuito. Bellissimo e assai sfruttabile l'ampio terrazzo con due lettini, due sdraio e un'amaca. Negozi e ristoranti non sono lontani. La proprietaria è stata cordiale e molto disponibile. Da Rapallo si può facilmente raggiungere e visitare le Cinque Terre e Portofino con il treno o le motonavi ammirando i stupendi paesaggi dal mare, da provare! Noi ci siamo spinti fino a Pisa (Piazza dei Miracoli), Versilia oppure Alassio. Ottima vacanza in ottimo attico!!!

Séjour au top!

Très joli appartement, décoré avec goût, tout confort, magnifique et grande terrasse. Cela correspond tout à fait à la description du site. La propriétaire est pleine de bons conseils (plages, restaurants,..). La région est très belle, Rapallo est une petite ville idéalement située pour visiter ou profiter du soleil et de la mer. A voir!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer tollen Dachterrasse

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und technisch gut ausgestattet (W-LAN funktioniert sehr gut, Rollos, Markisen, Klimaanlage...). Stadtmitte und Uferpromendade sind gut zu Fuß zu ereichen. Besonders gefreut hat uns der nette Empfang und die guten Tipps zur Erkundung der Gegend durch die Besitzerin. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlen.
