30 square meter apartment located on the 2nd floor of a magnificent bourgeois house. You will be only 5 minutes walk from the Arago market, the beach and the city center.

It consists of a separate bedroom with bed of 140 and wardrobe. It has a bright living room with BZ sofa and TV, a kitchen area with combined microwave (oven), coffee maker, fridge and induction hob. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a storage unit.
For your car, a public car park is 50m from the apartment behind the police station. Possibility to store bicycles in the cellar.
Ideal for couples with children, not really for three adults.
