Uriges Appartement mitten im historischen Zentrum. Alles war perfekt zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch die Versorgungslage ist hervorragend. Das Bad könnte mal wieder eine Renovierung vertragen.

Fascinating tiny apartment with history.
This apartment is tiny but has what you need. I stayed alone (79 yr old woman) for 5 days. I didn’t cook so can’t address that. Extremely comfortable bed, lovely little terrace, adequate bathroom. It’s a studio, so don’t expect a sofa or easy chairs. The location is ideal, there is absolutely zero street noise, the heat/ac is excellent, and the elevator works perfectly. The owner was or is a scholar of history—lots of books in Italian and German. There are interesting Knick-knacks and wall art. It could easily be 5 stars if the carpet were replaced. But then it would cost more.

Nice, funky place.
We enjoyed staying here in this funky place. Furnishing with literary and philosophical books, as well as interesting objects and hangings, is a nice touch. Drawbacks are the shower--essentially stretching into the bathroom--and the fact that certain parts of the apartment simply weren't clean. I believe the owner could devote more care to dusting and minor cleaning, a simple matter.

Pier was very kind in accomodating our check in allowing for luggage to be stored early. Great location for people that just want a spot to sleep. Even enjoyed the balcony.

In the centre of the historic area. Short walk to ancient sites, bars, restaurants, Vatican and beautiful churches. Accommodation was clean, cosy, comfortable with lovely outdoor area. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A cute space in a fantastic location
This apartment is a little bit rough around the edges but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the balcony was a fabulous addition to the holiday. It's in a great location – with all the major tourist attractions within walking distance. Our host Pier was helpful and communicative.

Wonderful Pantheon experience
Perfect location in historic Pantheon area. Atmospheric building and room with delightful terrace. Loved the silence of the apartment and street. Pier went out of how way to provide assistance and information.

Location was great and quaint. It was 5 flights up and tight. Did have an elevator but only worked Intermittently so be prepared to carry you baggage. No wifi. Location was perfect to walk everywhere. Was a quaint accom which is what we were after. Was a little worried with the communication but it all worked out great in the end.

J’ai passé un superbe séjour à Rome dans l’appartement de Pier qui est plein de charmes, propre et central, à deux pas des principaux sites touristiques tout en étant dans une petite impasse très calme. Pier a été très réactif lors de nos échanges et arrangeant pour les horaires d’arrivée et de départ.

Property was in an ideal location for touring the city. Smaller apartment with a good balcony to relax on after a day walking around Rome. Some of the areas in the apartment had not been cleaned (mainly dust) prior to arrival. Great communication with host and very accommodating to our requests prior to arrival in Italy.

Great location… and a terrace!
We truly enjoyed this place - including the lively neighbors, fantastic location and the little terrace, of course. Note that this place might not suit people looking for a bright, modern decor, a working TV, a full or roomy kitchenette or have trouble finding places (it can be a bit challenging the first time) or making the WiFi work. We did not have any issues with these little challenges and focused on the unbeatable location and friendly people!

Mitten in Rom
Die Wohnung ist für einen Städtetrip zu zweit ideal, super zentral gelegen, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat problemlos funktioniert! Die Küche ist zwar klein aber man hat alles was man benötigt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!
