Dramatically located on a cliff overlooking the sea, the villa is a mere one hour leisurely coastal drive from the center of Athens,. This is a three level residence of 185 sq. meters on a site of 1000 sq. meters with pool and a panoramic view.The property is one hundred and fifty meters from a picturesque pebble beach. There is no road between the villa and the sea which ensures privacy and quiet.
The main level of the residence consistis of a spacious living room and kitchen area (dining room) and an office.
The upper level consists of a master bedroom with one King Size bed, a walk-in closet, a bathroom with shower and jacuzzi and adjoining laundry room with mini bar.
The lower level consists of a bedroom with twin beds, a small library,a full bathroom along with a spacious balcony.
On all levels there are large balconies giving a fluid relationship between interior and exterior living areas and the surrounding seascape.

It's one hour from Athens, fresh fish restaurants abound, it's on a breathtaking cliff to the sea with swims in translucent aqua water. You can look towards the sea and never see a car go by. Indoor and outdoor areas are spacious and private.
