Get that much needed sleep with the privacy of your own bedroom along with ALL the comforts of home. 1st bedroom - Queen bed; 2nd bedroom - Bunk bed - Double Bed top and bottom; 3rd bedroom - Bunk Bed – Queen bed down & Single/Twin bed. Additional Single Bed. Living Room has Large single sofa bed. Sleeps 11.

The kitchen has a full size stove, refrigerator w/freezer and microwave. The kitchen is furnished down to the dishes, pots and pans. Coffee makers, traditional & Keurig, pots and pans, silverware and all the usual kitchen items are also present in the cabinets. If you find that you need something more in the kitchen, be certain to ask me, as I keep all kinds of ‘kitchen things’ available for guests convenience. WIFI is always included. TV’s are digital antenna.

Bedrooms are fully furnished with dressers and a full size closet. Bathroom is spacious and private. The full size gathering room is furnished with a couch, chair, dining table, and TV.

We came to visit family and we enjoyed our stay in Sheila's home. The house is part of a duplex building, but we never heard another person during our stay. This is a great value for the low price.

Great for a family passing through

This was priced about what a hotel room would cost. For a family of five to have three bedrooms, a modest living room and kitchen was far superior to a hotel room. Would certainly use for this purpose again.

Property was very very clean, only concern it didn't feel like the best neighborhood and the home was directly across from train tracks. All that said, I would stay there again

Very pleased with our stay. It was very clean and welcoming. The only complaint I have is the beds are not very comfortable and very squeaky also the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work but we compromised and just got ready in the living room since there was mirrors in there. I would definitely stay again for the price. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Pros: Clean Sleeps 7-8 people (family with lots of kids) Well equipped kitchen Close to UT Cons: Not the greatest part of town - but we never felt unsafe No WIFI (contacted the owner and she said there was a second option for wifi, but we did not see it)

Great place for families!

The property was as described. Lots of sleeping space available. The beds were comfortable. The bunk beds were metal frames so there was some squeaking when rolling over but certainly not unbearable. The house was clean and the necessary equipment was there for family living. One thing to know is the driveway is steep so be prepared. The host was easy to contact and she was very helpful when we had questions. I would recommend this property.

Clean and comfortable property near UTK/downtown Knoxville - but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Pretty quick response to a small problem by the owner and a VERY friendly maintenance man. Great communication leading up to our visit. We have severe pet allergies and there was no trace of pet dander in this house - which was GREAT. Definitely recommend.

Always a great stay!

Having stayed here now on 4-5 separate occasions, this has become our home away from home. The house is warm, inviting, clean and simply ‘just right’. Sheila is amazing and gracious; she responds almost instantaneously. The house is stocked with all the essentials of the average home. There’s never disruptive noises from neighbors and the occasional train reminds us thankfully that we can still hear😄. Our family simply loves this place and although we’ve never met Sheila face to face, it feels like we have. If you’re ever in the Knoxville area and need a comfortable, happy place, do check these houses out (just as long as its free when we’re there🤣🤣). Jackie

Great rental-just not a place you'd hang out outside at

The rental itself was great-a relief amidst the sketchy looking area. We didn't feel quite comfortable enough with the area to let tech kids play outside or to grill though. It was perfect for our needs and we appreciated the cleanliness and three bedrooms. NOTE: the drive was EXTREMELY step and we bottomed out pulling into/up it as we had a cargo rack in our hitch. We threw gravel getting up the last part of the drive each time we returned to the rental.
