This delightful mid-terraced cottage is situated in the village of Trefor in Gwynedd, North Wales.
Bythynnod Newydd is a delightful mid-terraced cottage situated in the village of Trefor in Gwynedd, North Wales. The cottage can sleep four people in one double and one twin room as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen, utility room, dining room and sitting room with woodburning stove. To the outside of the cottage is free roadside parking on a first come, first served basis and a lawned garden to the rear with a patio area and furniture. Bythynnod Newydd is a lovely cottage which can be enjoyed throughout the year.
Amenities: Electric storage heaters and wood burning stove in sitting room. New integrated electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in external utility and Tassimo Coffee Machine. Smart TV with Freeview, Netflix, DVD Player, WiFi. The property also has a selection of board games, books and children's toys. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Free roadside parking outside, on a first come first served basis. Large rear garden with lawned area and patio with furniture & BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 minutes walk, beach 10 minutes walk. Note: The property is accessed up 6 steps from the pavement. Note: The rear garden is accessed over a rear access lane and there are 4 steps up to the garden.
