Villa Labruto - Earth room with private garden, courtyard and parking

The room of the villa, also accessible to guests with limited mobility, has an independent entrance and a garden for exclusive use. It rises inside a one hectare park, 200 meters from the sea, nestled in the splendid area of the tip of Sicily. The newly restored villa has maintained its style and ancient elements such as floors and fixtures, combining them with technological elements for maximum comfort and design furniture choices. In the own garden you can receive guests.
The villa is surrounded by a one hectare garden; each housing unit has its own courtyard and its own green space for exclusive use. A large internal car park is available to our guests, as well as to your guests. Upon returning from the sea, reachable on foot in a few minutes, you can take advantage of an outdoor shower, surrounded by greenery. If you wish, we can organize a tour of the complete garden (it hosts about 500 species of plants and flowers) with a visit to the upper part of the land which is also the most panoramic. The ancient villa, in which you will stay, is located inside the one-hectare garden where the new villa where we reside also stands; so if necessary in two minutes we can be at your disposal.
The villa is located in an area called Villaggio San'Agata, a fishing village transformed into a residential area due to its proximity to the university and the Papardo hospital. The access road of the villa connects directly with the village square. A few steps on foot there are groceries, bars, churches, post offices, tobacconists and all useful activities and of course the sea.
In the town square there is a bus stop that takes you to the tip of Sicily in a few minutes, to the large sandy beach where the Ionian Sea and the Tyrrhenian Sea join, under the famous pylon of Capo Peloro. With public messengers you can easily reach, in the opposite direction, the Regional Museum, which houses masterpieces by Caravaggio, Antonello da Messina etc, and the city center.
The apartment can be rented together with the other two rooms (Villa Labruto - Terra room and Villa Labruto - Acqua room) to reach a total availability of 10 places. On request you can visit the entire garden of the villa with its rare species from all over the world.
