Outdoors: Small communal lawn to front. Balcony with table and chairs.
Parking :  Parking for 2 cars in allocated spaces to the front.
Pets:  Maximum 2; £35 per pet per week.  Information about bringing your pet .
General: Gas & electricity included in rent; gas fired c.h throughout.

Changeover time:  Arrival 3:00pm - departure - 10am.
