Beautiful townhome in resort like setting. Ist class Clubhouse with 8 well maintained tennis courts, pickleball courts, raquetball courts, table tennis, 2 gyms, barbeque, small library. 3 pools, one with a beach (large junior olympic pool heated year round.) 3 beautiful lakes that you can kayak, boat, and fish on (catch and release only) Several large lakes within 45 mins. Many hiking trails, nature preserve only 10 mins away. Fashionable shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance at Dana Square. Many other restaurants, grocery stores and other stores close by. 5 minutes to Hwy 60, 15 mins to Mesa Gateway airport, 20 mins to phoenix sky harbour. Scottsdale 25 mins drive. Waterpark and golfing only 15 mins away.

Beach club townhome

Had a great stay in a clean, comfortable and cozy townhome in the Val Vista neighborhood in Gilbert. Great amenities including pools, workout facilities at the Club etc. Home had everything needed for an extended stay. Awesome location with easy access to numerous restaurants, stores and highways. Owners were very nice and easy to communicate with.

Great condo in great location

Wonderful rental experience - unit as advertised, owners easy to contact and communicate with. Fantastic location - Val Vista Lakes area of Gilbert is very pleasant and handy to all of the big city amenities one would expect in a large metropolitan area. Area and neighbors are quiet, and I would know after an extended stay (nearly 10 weeks!) as I moved to the area. Nice space with vaulted ceilings, two spacious bedrooms, separate bathrooms for each, kitchen well-appointed, laundry in the unit. Great experience!

Wonderful time in Val Vista Lakes Arizona

We were very pleased with the property. We enjoyed the amenities such as the tennis and pickleball courts, the pool and hot tub, the treadmills, weights, etc. The property is close to everything you will need i.e. grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy, shopping mall, etc. The staff at the clubhouse were very friendly and accommodating. Appreciated Eileen's communication. Very pleased with our experience at Val Vista Lakes!

Terrific- but needs 1 small thing~

The place is pleasant- quiet - clean -comfortable. The price is excellent. Overall - a great deal. Clubhouse facilities- excellent- A+ : tennis/racquetball/hot tub/heated lap pool~ and walking distance from the condo which is really great. My only issue was with the TV- there was no service other than local news and 60's sitcoms. I would have paid more for a connect to CNN/FOX/MSNBC- anything, but it was only local stuff. The owner - who is very nice- told me before we arrived, that there was Direct TV- no there wasn't- not in the usual sense. Also none-of the Netflix channels failed to connect and were impossible to watch. We stayed 6 weeks and would have killed to watch - at least CNN....if this changes then is it's a really really great place. Also if you play racquetball - make sure the clubhouse knows this - and pre-arranged in advance- they won't let you play without the owner's verbal consent.
