Wonderful!

The condo was wonderful. Located a short walk to the Cathedral and many restaurants and parks, it was ideal for those without a car. The condo was clean, nicely furnished and well stocked with amenities like coffee, some beverages and cleaning products. The host Teresa met us at the condo and made us feel welcome.

Great Stay in Seville!

This very nice condo is just outside the old town area, great location. Condo is modern and clean, well stocked. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Great 2d trip to Sevilla

Good location across from Avenue Menendez. Bright, quiet ground level corner of modern building. Hosts were attentive, helpful, good communicators and greeted us. Not exactly spacious but well designed. Nicely appointed kitchen and good bedding. Well organized information binder. We would happily stay there again for a short stay.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Teresa’s property. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and responsive to all my inquiries. Despite English being her second language, her communication skills were excellent, making the booking process seamless. Wonderful stay at the heart of the city

Our family loved staying at this apartment. Teresa greeted us when we arrived, explained everything and gave us recommendations of where to eat, shop and for sightseeing. The apartment was spacious and clean, with extra blankets, all utensils and condiments and towels for the pool. The rooftop pool was so refreshing after walking in the sun and the apartment terrace was our favorite place to relax with the family. The location was perfect - few minutes walk to all the monuments and restaurants. Teresa was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay in the most beautiful city!

Seville is Amazing-The Host was the Best

Our stay at the San Bernardo apartment in Seville, Spain was an unforgettable experience, thanks in large part to the exceptional hospitality provided by our VRBO Host, Teresa. Not only did she provide us with a beautiful, comfortable apartment in an excellent location, but she also went above and beyond to help us when we had a medical problem during our stay. Her kindness and advice were invaluable, and we will always be grateful for her assistance. The apartment itself was lovely, with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect for exploring Seville, with easy access to transportation, including a tour company just two doors down. We were able to visit many of the city's famous attractions, including cathedrals, palaces, and traditional Flamenco shows, all within safe walking distance from the apartment. Teresa also provided us with excellent recommendations for day trips to Granada, the White Cities, and Cadiz, all of which were breathtaking and truly memorable. We especially appreciated her advice for the April Festival, which was an incredible experience that we will never forget. Overall, our stay at the San Bernardo apartment was fantastic, and we highly recommend Teresa's VRBO apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and unforgettable stay in Seville. Thank you, Teresa, for making our stay so special!

Excelente en todos los aspectos.

Experiencia 10 en Sevilla. El apartamento perfectamente ubicado y con parking gratuito, nuestro coche de casi 5 metros entraba sin problemas. Limpieza un 10, recepción un 10, pero lo más importante fue la atención de Teresa, estupenda en el trato, nos atendió con gran simpatía y nos dió buenos consejos para que nuestra estancia fuera mucho más provechosa. Gracias por todo. Esperamos repetir.

Fantastic Property, Great Location

Very clean, had everything my daughters and I needed. The apartment block is secure, welcoming and modern. The apartment was well located and the roof top pool was great to relax in after exploring the city. Teresa was great too! Have already recommended to friends to stay. We didn't have a car and walked everywhere, great place.

Exceeds expectations!!!

We loved this property. My wife and I went to Spain for the first time to celebrate our 25 wedding anniversary. Teresa was the best host ever. She was so helpful on everything. She gave suggestions on what to see, great restaurants and much more. Her place is modern, has everything you need and walking distance to Old Town. We enjoyed the rooftop pool at the end of each day after walking for miles. It was so refreshing and a perfect way to escape the heat from town. We wish we could have stayed longer. Teresa's place has everything you will need for a fun filled get away. We will definitely come back again and again... Thanks Teresa for everything.

An immaculately clean, quiet & comfortable ideally located apartment with a welcoming landlady

This apartment was perfect for us (a couple + toddler). We stayed for 3 nights (after a week waterski-ing in Andalucia) with the intention of exploring Seville culture. We found the apartment to be immaculately clean, quiet & comfortable - A welcome improvement after slightly scruffy accommodation elsewhere. The apartment is located very centrally & was ideal for reaching all attractions by easy walking distance; Upon arrival we parked in the underground parking space (reserved for us at a small extra charge) & didn't return to the car until leaving for the airport. Teresa is a very friendly & generous lady. She spent time helping us get our bearings (supermarkets, restaurants, etc.) and provided many leaflets and maps to get around. The small touches she left around the apartment (welcome drinks, chocolates, etc.) even down to the velcro corner protections on the soft-close furniture doors, made it a very pleasant stay. We would happily return to this apartment to further explore the area as 3 days don't do this wonderful city justice. Thank you Teresa

Ideale Wohnung, um Sevilla zu erkunden

Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Selbst kleine Details wie Nähzeug oder ein Erst-Hilfe-Kasten, Schuhlöffel u.a. wurden von der Vermieterin bereitgelegt. Teresa ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt Tips und Hinweise zum Aufenthalt in Sevilla. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, alles ist in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen. Restaurants und Frühstückbars finden sich in direkter Nähe. Nachts ist es absolut ruhig, keinerlei Lärm zu hören. Das Auto wird in einer Tiefgarage sicher geparkt. Wir könnten uns vorstellen, längere Zeit in der Wohnung zu verbringen, für uns war sie geradezu ideal!
