To the outside, is off road parking and a lawned garden to the rear with a patio area and a pond. Property is situated on a no through road, a step out of the front door onto a quiet country lane with riding stables approximately five minutes walk. One well behaved dog welcome. Please note: This property does have a few steps inside, so may not be suitable for someone with disabilities.

The nearby sandy beach at Pendine is where you will want to be, and a little further afield are the seaside resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot.
