The spacious balcony, which is accessible from both the living area and master bedroom suite, has views of the tropical garden setting of the swimming pools and the sparkling waters and white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. Crisp white cabinetry, granite countertops, and a full range of appliances in the kitchen make family meal preparation a pleasure. The master bath has both a Jacuzzi bath and separate walk-in shower. Perfect Family Vacation

There is no better place than The Crescent in Miramar Beach. Private beach access and our unit came with beach chairs/umbrella, large kid friendly swimming pool. The entire property was perfect for our family.

We’ve stayed in this unit before and it does not disappoint. Close to everything you need nearby. Meticulous pool and the beach right out your door. We have been coming to this property for many years. Always a memorable week when we come down in the summer.

The condo is well appointed - more spacious than other condos we've stayed at and had extras that were much appreciated - well stocked kitchen (including some supplies), pantries and closets, ceiling fans, nice/extra outdoor furniture. Also love the beach service was included. Condo location is great - close to pool, close to ocean and conveniently located to shops and restaurants.....were able to walk or bike to everything all week! Don't hesitate to book this one!

2nd stay at this unit

This was our 2nd year in a row staying at this unit and probably won’t be our last! The unit provides you everything a family needs and even has starters for you such as toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee. I knocked a star off for cleanliness because when we stripped the beds before we left, we noticed some really gross stains on the mattress pad, but we didn’t notice anything before the . Love the Crescent!

Great time. Don't like beach chair arrangement

I gave a 2 for property manager comm because when I called the number of the guy never answered. the front desk was great though. WHen we have stayed in the past the beach chairs were set for the length of our stay this time it was first come first serve. We had 5 rooms and wanted to be together. That meant someone had to come down at 6-6:30 every morning so we could get our chairs together. ALso 3 bedroom condo use to get 2 sets.

This is our second stay at The Crescent and our favorite condo! The view is beautiful and we really liked the layout of this condo for our family. The condo had everything we needed and the snacks left for us was a nice touch! We really appreciated the hand soap that was already by each sink!

Excellent property in perfect location!

This was a fantastic property for my family and I. The unit was well-appointed with all of the linens, kitchen items and bathroom essentials (soap, tp, etc.). The kids loved the pool and the beach. everything you could want/need is minutes away yet the location is quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was fantastic. This was our first time in this unit but we have stayed at the Crescent many times. We will definitely choose this unit again! It was a surprise and delight to find extra trash bags, soap at every sink, dishwasher detergent, extra paper towels and toilet paper and even a basket of snacks! So very thoughtful for arriving travelers and having the extras so the guest doesn't have to purchase a full sized dishwasher detergent bottle, etc was just above and beyond! Thanks for being so thoughtful. The beds were all comfortable and the towels were nice and fluffy!

Granddaughter’s delight

In searching for a place to meet our son and granddaughters half way between Alabama and Tampa Fl, I needed a place that had enough room for all of us without crowding, a large pool area and close walk to the beach and restaurants. This place checked off all that and more. The condo was perfectly appointed with supplies and kitchen needs. There were books, games dvd etc also. We had plenty of room and they also supplied a beach set up of umbrella and 2 chairs daily. Easy walk to the pool and beach made this a perfect vacation get together for our family. No crossing streets! They were numerous close restaurants and grocery store nearby. The pool was large enough that you never felt crowded, with one smaller pool and also a hot tub. I would definitely recommend this unit with Tom answering all my questions promptly. Great family beach vacation!

We had a great time at the Crescent! Everything is near by! Shopping, restaurants walking distance. Beach is steps away from the property. Condo is very clean. My family enjoyed very much. We will be back for sure. The Pehlivanović’s!!!
