The hall is open to a nice living and dining room with lovely views, also open to the graceful kitchen and a terrace with a dining area. There is also a bathroom. Downstairs there are three graceful bedrooms, all of them open to the private garden that surrounds the property, and a bathroom. The outside terrace and garden feature a fabulous living area, sun loungers and a barbeque. There's a large free parking area just in front. IMPORTANT


In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.
