Einfach nur schön

Wir durften hier eine herrliche Woche verbringen. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind genauso wie beschrieben - alles ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Meer ist mit dem Auto in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Roberto ist wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Très belle maison avec une magnifique piscine et tout le confort. On peut passer des vacances alliant plage et visites en Toscane.

Paradiso in Italia

Super genoten van dit huis. Ruim, lekkere grote tuin, fijn zwembad. Heerlijke omgeving, vlakbij zee en Pietrasanta. Wij gaan zeker nog een keer!

Très belle maison, propre et climatisée, avec une superbe piscine! La terrasse, le jardin et la piscine sont dans le prolongement, ce qui est vraiment super. Vacances vraiment agréable! Très bon accueil, rien à redire !

Zeer mooi verblijf in een prachtige omgeving

De villa is rustig gelegen maar in de nabijheid van alle voorzieningen zoals zee, restaurants, supermarkten. Leuke uitstapjes in de buurt naar pittoreske dorpjes of zeer mooie natuurgebieden. Lucca en Pisa op een halfuurtje rijden. Zwembad is groot genoeg en in tijdens ons verblijf een prima temperatuur. Alles is prima geregeld en de eigenaars zeer vriendelijk. Kortom: top!

Ferien pur

Die Villa ist ein Traum. Sauber und man hat definitiv alles was man braucht. Der Garten mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Die Kinder können sich gut austoben. Meer ist mit dem Auto gut, einfach und schnell zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in einem grossen Center das bis 22.00h geöffnet hat. Von der Vermieterfamilie sind wir herzlich begrüsst und eine Woche später genauso herzlich verabschiedet worden. Sehr angenehme Leute. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles hat gestimmt. Das Pool war großartig, der Garten sehr gepflegt und die Veranda war sehr angenehm und gemütlich. Alles war in tadellosem Zustand. Wir würden wieder dahin gehen.

Wunderschöne Villa für einen erholsamen Urlaub und schöner Umgebung.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten und Pool ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort verbracht. Restaurants und Weinhandlungen sind auch fußläufig erreichbar. Die Vermieter Roberto und Giada sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Villa mit privatem Pool!!

Schlüsselübergabe wurde durch den netten Vermieter durchgeführt. Wir wurden informiert, dass wir das Haus früher als angegeben beziehen können. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alle Betten waren bereits bezogen und es standen ausreichend Dusch- Pool- und Handtücher zur Verfügung. Die Raumaufteilung ist perfekt für eine größere Familie als auch für Pärchen, da das Haus zwei Bäder hat. Die Küche ist mit allem was nötig ist ausgestattet. Die grosse Terrasse/gepflegter Garten mit ausreichend Platz zum Sonnen, mit einem großen Esstisch und einer Grillecke lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. In etwa 10 Minuten Autofahrt erreicht man den Strand und Forte dei Marmi. Das Haus hat eine gute Lage sowohl für einen Badeurlaub als auch für „Toskana Ausflüge“. Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in der Villa Oliveta verbracht und können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Ottima residenza molto confortevole e ben organizzata. Situata in posizione strategica per raggiungere il mare , le città d’arte di Versilia e Garfagnana . Il giardino e la piscina permettono momenti di relax in totale privacy.Propritari molto disponibili. Esperienza da provare , per chi , oltre al mare, vuole scoprire le bellezze toscane a tutto tondo.

Prachtig plek met uitzicht op de bergen

Wij hebben enorm genoten van de week in dit heerlijke huis. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, genoeg ruimte voor iedereen en plekken in de schaduw. De eigenaren zijn zeer behulpzaam.

Was amazing. Felt like in heaven

The house was amazing close to many beautiful sites. The house itself with the pool and great garden is a bit away from the road so you can enjoy the atmosphere and here the birds around. I highly recommend it to families also with children. Roberto and his wife are soooo helpful and great. We will return for sure. Thanks

Amazing stay

We have had a great stay. The villa is complete, with all you need for a luxury and relaxing stay. Roberto and Giada are such welcoming hosts. Airco available if needed, swimming pool is great for a family visit. The musquito system, keeps them away. The location looks a bit odd, when you drive towards, next to some offices, but it is quite spot, with great view on the mountains from the garden. Restaurants, shops and touristic spots are all close by. We would highly recommend.

einfach nur traumhaft!!!

Das Haus ist genauso wie es auf den Bildern abgebildet ist. Wunderschön! Auch der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool groß und ebenfalls sehr sauber. In der Küche sowie im restlichen Haus ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Die Strände sind nahe gelegen und gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir waren am Strand von Marina Pietrasanta. Wenn man dort Liegen buchen möchte, einfach direkt bei den jeweiligen beach bars melden. Parkplatzmöglichkeiten gibt es genügend. Die Vermieter Roberto und Giada waren sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar und kümmerten sich sofort um unsere Anliegen. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für alles Roberto und Giada!

Hochwertiges Haus, tolle Ausgangslage für Strand und Sightseeing

Wir haben als 4-köpfige Familie 2 Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist hochwertig und modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Haus als auch der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. In 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am Strand, sämtliche Attraktionen der Toskana sind als Tagesausflüge gut erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und kleine Fragen wurden per WhatsApp schnell beantwortet. Wir würden das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage, sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren insgesamt sieben Personen (davon drei Kinder) und haben hier zwei sehr schöne Wochen verbracht! Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, stilvoll und gut gelegen, man ist mit dem Auto in kaum 10 min. am Strand von Lido di Camaiore. Der Pool ist super zum Spielen für die Kinder, besonders das leicht salzige und biologisch sauber gehaltene Wasser fanden wir sehr angenehm. Auch der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und sogar zum Ballspielen geeignet. Die Vermieter sind nett und sehr bemüht, sprechen aber wenig Englisch ;) Gegen die am Abend zahlreichen Moskitos erfolgen regelmäßig automatische Sprühungen, an den Fenstern sind überall Netze, trotzdem sollte man sich beim Draußensitzen mit Vandal, Autan o.Ä. ausstatten. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und können es für Toskana-Fans sehr empfehlen!
