Excellent
We had a very wonderful experience with Franci and her family last winter. Our flights were cancelled to San Jose and we did not arrive until the following day at midnight. Freak ice storm had shut down the Houston airport and we couldn’t confirm that our messages to Franci had gotten through. I’m not sure how many times her family came to the airport, maybe 4 or even 5, before we finally arrived. Our room was tiny but immaculate and had everything we needed, even a kitchenette. In the morning we joined the family for breakfast and Costa Rican coffee. They checked bus lines for us to Domenical and drove us to the correct bus station. And even arranged for the ticket agent to be sure we got on the right bus! They went way beyond what was expected and were so warm and welcoming. We are sure anyone staying there will have a lovely experience. Thank you! Franci and family!
