no me dieron el apartamento que yo habia contratado sino el de al lado con la escusa de que la cocina era mas funcional, por lo que no lo valoro positivamente, la limpieza un diez.

Ático acogedor y buena ubicación

El ático es muy acogedor y luminoso, todo exterior, con piscina comunitaria y a escasos metros de la playa, puedes desayunar en la terraza, con vistas al mar. El precio que pagamos por dos días fue un poco caro, pero teniendo en cuenta que fue en pleno puente de agosto, estuvo bien. Cuando llegamos el ascensor estaba estropeado, así que nos tocó subir las maletas tres pisos a pie. Lo arreglaron más tarde y ya no se volvió a estropear. El ático es acogedor pero sólo hay aire acondicionado en la cocina-salón. En la habitación de matrimonio hay un ventilador de techo que alivia algo el calor, y en la individual, que es pequeña, no había nada y hacia mucho calor, por lo que terminamos durmiendo en el sofá cama del salón. No había estropajo, ni bayeta, ni trapo de cocina, ni lavavajillas, por lo que debes llevarlo tú. El frigorífico enfría muy bien. La plaza de aparcamiento está muy bien, teniendo en cuenta que no conseguimos aparcar en el exterior ninguno de los dos días, pero para acceder a la entrada del parking hay que hacer unas cuantas maniobras, puesto que el sitio que dejan los coches aparcados es escaso. El dueño del piso es encantador y contestó muy amablemente mis preguntas. El chico que entrega las llaves es muy amable y se pone a tu disposición para cualquier consulta en cualquier momento. Le hicimos un par de consultas y nos ayudó mucho. Además, tenemos que agradecerles que nos dejaran marcharnos después de comer, puesto que el piso se iba a limpiar por la tarde. En resumen, recomiendo este piso por su excelente ubicación y la amabilidad de los anfitriones, además de ser bastante confortable.
