The studio is 25 m² + a loggia of 7 m², it is fully furnished. It is located on the 6th floor.
The living room is facing south, it has a seating area and an equipped kitchen area.
The pleasant loggia has a view of the sea and allows you to relax or take a meal outside.
The bathroom has shower, toilet, sink and storage.
The heating and hot water are electric.
Various storage are provided including a closet.
Closing by double glazing and shutters.
The whole was renovated in 2017.
The building is secure and is serviced by two elevators.

A sofa bed 190x140 (Bultex mattress) is completed by two bunk beds at the entrance of the studio.
