VILLA BENNASAR - RUSTIC STAY

Villa Bennasar is a charming Mallorca Villa with a lovely outdoor space. It has been made great use of local decor and designs. The cottage style villa which has two floors and beautiful views provides good holiday accommodation and is decorated with bright colors.

The entry to the villa is directly into the lounge and dining area. There is a fully fitted kitchenette with all the modern facilities and equipment that you may require on your holiday. Villa Bennasar enjoys unlimited free WIFI for use.

Up to the first floor there are the two bedrooms, both with beautiful natural light. One has two single beds pushed together and the other with a single and a folding bed with a private balcony and excelent views. Both bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.

From the lounge, doors open onto the facing front terrace which is partially covered by a veranda for outdoor dining and with easy access to the pool and sunbathing area. There is also a barbeque constructed in stone, with an exterior utility room and shower/WC, perfect for dining al fresco and enjoying outdoors.

From here there are views towards the moutains, great valley and abundant nature. Villa Bennasar is situated on a plot partially screened by hedges , plants and shrubs with lawn areas and pretty flowerbeds with fencing around the perimeter.

Villa Bennasar is located in a privileged area of Pollensa, just minutes from its picturesque village where you will find a variety of cafés, restaurants, traditional bars and many typical shops with welcoming ambiences. This old town is renowned for its beauty and folklore. Any Sunday, you could visit its open-air market and find fresh farm products.

You could also visit Puerto Pollensa, located 15 minutes from the Villa, an ideal place to settle back on the beach, practice water sports like kayaking, jet skiing or a taking boat tour. Take a dive a little further to Cala San Vicente for its clear waters.

The use of car is needed to move freely and make the most of your stay, as there’s much more to explore at the surroundings of Villa Bennasar!

Sehr schöne finca

Es war alles ok , leider lebt auf der terrasse eine ratte , die den fanzen abend hin und her rennt , auch über unsere köpfe hinweg. Außerdem sind durch die lage extrem viele Mücken unterwegs , weshalb wir die schöne ausenanlage nicht nutzen konnten

Villa Bennasar - Rustic Stay

We had a lovely week at Villa Bennasar. The kitchen was really well equipped and the air con in the bedrooms was excellent. We had requested a highchair and cot which was ready for us on arrival. The check in was very straightforward and we received really good info regarding the villa from Owl Booking. The beds in the main bedroom were comfy and the two bathrooms had excellent showers. The pool area and outside dining area was great and the view of the hills from the outside area very picturesque. Nothing really negative to say - just be aware that you do need a car to get around as the villa isn't near shops or restaurants. The second bedroom is very small for two adults and would probably be best suited for smaller humans!

Beautiful little finca with everything you need

I stayed with my mum there and we both liked the finca. In the kitchen we found everything to cook, it was overall clean and as described. There were just some wesps around the pool, but I think it is something that cannot be changed easily.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Gegend ist ruhig und das Haus bietet viele Möglichkeiten um einen Tag zu Hause zu verbringen. Gleichzeitig sind Strand, Berge und Städte schnell zu erreichen. Das Tor hat keine Sensoren. Damit schließt es auch wenn man gerade durchfährt.

Das Haus liegt idyllisch an dem Radweg nach Campanet und ist circa 5 km und 10 Fahrminuten (Rad) von Pollenca entfernt. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Am Morgen kann man auf der Terrasse in der Sonne Frühstücken und am Abend entspannt das Grillen genießen. Durch die gut ausgestattete Küche kann man auch an schlechten Tagen gut kochen und das Haus bietet mit seinen zwei Bädern jeglichen Komfort. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

Ik had een woning besproken met airco. Vanaf woensdag t/m de week erna op vrijdag. We zijn er maar 9 nachten geweest, doch op de 1e zaterdag begaf de airco het en het was bloedheet in het huis. Pas op woensdag werd die gemaakt, dus eigenlijk bijna de hele vakantie. Een groot minpunt. Begreep dat het in het weekend moeilijk was, maar maandag?????? Een groot minpunt dus. Bij een eventuele volgende boeking iets van compensatie?????

Wonderful finca in a unique setting

The Villa is just a 5 minutes drive from the historic village Pollensa and lies in a beautiful valley. Quiet and peaceful, the scenery stunngin, and the atmosphere is rustic and charming.

Super Convinient

Easy process to book. Quick check-in. Great check-out...so quick, only through text. Our section , The Whispering Pond, was very comfy and clean. We went there on our honeymoon, and would totally go back there when we get the chance! Plus it's only a few minute drive to everything else, which was super convenient for us. Because everything was so close, we went for our meals. By the end of the week, we were very happy to be able to make our own meals with the equipment that came with the property. Can't wait to have the rest of our family join us!

Not really a villa a semi detached house/apartment

It was a lovely property in many ways. We have stayed twice yearly in villas in the Pollensa/Alcudia area for 5 years now, so have experienced a few to compare it too. It was very well equipped as we like to do our own catering and the kitchen was extremely workable. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in and the showers where both excellent. The sofa/chairs however were one of the most uncomfortable ones I have come across and the property lacked any kind of outside undercover seating area. The weather wasn't great for a couple of days of our stay and we were forced to sit inside the property which was very dark and cold in not good weather. The pool was lovely as was the outside space overlooking a field. I think our main issue was the fact that the property is semi detached not a villa and we did struggle a little with noise from the neighbours on a couple of occasions. We like to stay in properties that are slightly secluded and out of the way a bit for peace and quiet Also it was obvious that few British guests stay there as there where no UK television channels at all. A good holiday but will not be returning.

Gut gelegene Finca mit tollem Außenbereich

Wir haben uns in der Finca sehr wohl gefühlt und waren vor allem vom Außenbereich mit Pool, Grill und Sitzecke begeistert. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, die Bäder sind sehr sauber und das Wohnzimmer mit deutschem Fernsehen ist praktisch, wenn man wie wir während der Bundestagswahl im Urlaub ist ;-) Die Schlafzimmer sind unspektakulär und wir fanden die Betten ein wenig unbequem (es gibt auch kein Doppelbett sondern nur zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten). Durch die direkte Nähe zu der eigentlich wenig befahrenen Straße war der Verkehr leider beim einschlafen manchmal ein bisschen störend. Aber durch die insgesamt schöne Finca, die strategisch sehr gute Lage zwischen sa Pobla, Alcudia und Pollenca sowie den wirklich sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Besitzer José waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Super Finca

Wir, drei Erwachsene und ein Kind, haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag in dieser wunderbaren Finca (trotz an der Strasse gelegen) sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Preis- Leistungs-Verhältnis passt. Es war sauber und frisch renoviert. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet es fehlte an nichts. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm. Jose war ein netter aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Die Aussicht: fantastisch. Ein gepflegter Pool, den wir sehr ausgiebig genutzt haben. Das einzige was fehlte war W-Lan.

Wunderschöne Finca

Mein Mann und ich hatten in der Finca "Can Benassar" eine wunderschöne und erholsame Zeit. Die Anfahrt zur Finca war sehr gut beschrieben und die Schlüsselübergabe, Dank des Schlüsselfachs, sehr unkomplziert. Wir fanden die Finca in einem hervorragendem Zustand vor: Sauberkeit im Haus, Garten und Pool sehr gepflegt. Die bereits oft erwähnte Landstraße und die vorbeifahrenden Radfahrer haben uns nicht gestört. José gab uns sehr gute Empfehlungen (vielen Dank dafür). Die Finca ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt um den wunderschönen und abwechsungsreichen Norden der Insel zu erkunden. Pollenca ist mit dem Mietwagen innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Tip für den kleinen Einkauf und guten Wein: "Can Futerer" in der Via Pollentia Ecke Carrer de Cecili Metel. Ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Bioprodukten, hervorragendem Wein und Backwaren. Die Strände (Puerto Pollenca, Cala Sant Vicenç, Allcudia) sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Kunst und Kultur gibt es reichlich in den Galerien in Pollenca, der "Fundación Yannick y Ben Jakober" in Alcudia, auf den kleinen Märkten und im Kloster Lluch. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und kommen im nächsten Jahr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an Alle die dieses Haus betreuen und pflegen!!! P.S. Lieber José, eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank bei Ankunft wäre schön und eventuell WLAN im Haus. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Mallorca, Hasta la próxima Axel und Sylvia aus Berlin

Eine fast perfekte Finca

Wir waren 2015 Ende März/Anfang April eine Woche erstmalig auf Mallorca und haben uns auf Grund der positiven Bewertungen für diese Finca entschieden. Insgesamt kann man das Haus weiterempfehlen, allerdings sollte man einige Punkte bedenken. Die Beschreibung auf der Seite fewo-direkt ist korrekt, einige Details fehlten: -Sucht man das Haus auf einer Landkarte auf, könnte der Eindruck entstehen, dass es an einer wenig befahrenen Straße steht. Dieser Eindruck täuscht. Zählen war nicht möglich, aber täglich fahren gefühlt mehrere hundert Radfahrer am Haus vorbei (alle gut hörbar), welche offensichtlich gerne über Grunzlauten die Kollegen über diese, oder jene Kurve informieren. Dieses "Problem" wird wohl auf Grund der starken Förderung des Fahrradtourismuses in Zukunft nicht weniger werden. -Ebenso hört man doch den Verker auf der Autobahn (Ma-13) -die beiden Nachbarhäuser liegen relativ dicht beianeinander: Leider waren die Feriennachbarn laut. Vor allem die Tischtennisplatte war der Entspannung nicht dienlich -kleine Kritik: Ein Startset (Schwamm sowie Spülmittel) wäre wünschenswert -im Preis inbegriffen sind 75kWh Strom (in einer Bestätigungsemail wird darauf hingewiesen). Dies ist unserer Meinung nach recht knapp bemessen Vorteile dieser Finca: -Verkehrsanbindung ist exzellent (Auto notwendig) -der Ausblick ist traumhaft -die Ausstattung ist modern und von sehr guter Qualität -das Badezimmer und die Schlafzimmer hervorragend -Der Garten ist liebevoll gestaltet Insgesamt verdient die Finca auf Grund ihres unschlagbaren Preis-Leistung-Verhältnisses 4 Sterne. Wer absolute Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist hier allerdings nicht richtig! Nichtsdestotrotz haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Finca bei o. g. Einschränkungen weiter.

Toller und erholsamer Urlaub

In dieser schönen Finca haben wir eine prima Zeit verbracht. Das Haus ist nicht nur komplett ausgestattet, es war auch alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Handtücher wurden gewechselt, Pool gereinigt. Die Finca ist ruhig gelegen, inmitten der tollen Natur. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse zu genießen, war ein absoluter Traum. Die Fotos und die Beschreibung versprechen nicht zu viel, es passte alles. Auch im Vorfeld war der Kontakt mit Jose schon toll, vor Ort hat er uns noch gute Tipps gegeben.

Traumhaft

Wir waren zum ersten mal auf Mallorca und sehr gespannt, was uns erwarten würde. Die Finca und die ganze Anlag sind äußerst gepflegt; wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Auch über die sehr geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung und die schönen Möbel waren wir erfreut. In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht, und noch viel mehr. Jose, der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat gute Tipps für einen gelungenen, unkomplizierten Urlaub auf Lager. Das Gelände liegt ein wenig abseits an einem schwach befahrenen Weg, man hat eine schöne Sicht auf die Berge, und Nachts hört man außer den Grillen fast nichts. Eine perfekte Finca für Leute die Ruhe und schöne Natur genießen wollen. Wir kommen wieder! :-)

Wir fühlten uns gleich zu Hause

Das erste Mal auf Mallorca und gleich ein Volltreffer! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, der Garten gepflegt. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt genug Geschirr, Gläser usw. um die Spülmaschine voll auszulasten. Wir mussten leider 4 Tage wirklich schlechtes Wetter überstehen, deshalb waren wir über das deutsche Fernsehprogramm froh. Es waren alle Sender eingestellt, einschließlich ARTE, 3Sat und aller dritter Programme. Auch fanden wir einige deutsche Bücher vor. Das Haus liegt sehr günstig. Man ist mit dem Auto gleich in Pollenca, um z.B. morgens das Brot zu holen. Sehr gutes Baguette und 5-Korn-Brot!! gibt es in einem kleinen Supermarkt gleich in der Nähe des Parkplatzes am westlichen Ortseingang am Kinderspielplatz. Um die Ecke gibt es einen guten Gemüse- und Obstladen mit herrlich frischen Sachen. Etwas weiter, schon in der Fußgängerzone, bekommt man in der Pasteleria sehr gute Törtchen und Kaffeestückchen. Unser Lieblingsrestaurant befindet sich ebenfalls in Pollenca, wenn man vom Marktplatz in Richtung Kalvarienberg geht. Es heißt "Cantonet", die Küche ist leicht italienisch. Man kann nicht draußen sitzen, aber das Restaurant ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und das Personal außerordentlich freundlich. Mittwochs gibt es in Sa Pobla in der Tapas-Bar am Marktplatz ein üppiges Tapas-Büfet mit wirklich leckeren und preiswerten Tapas. Und natürlich darf man sich die Essen bei Jose und Joana Maria von Can Guillo nicht entgehen lassen. Vom Haus aus erreicht man die Wanderwege auf dem Cap de Formentor und dem Cap d´Alcudia sehr schnell. Auch ist man von Pollenca gleich auf der M 10, Richtung Lluc oder Sa Calobra. Hierher sollte man aber möglichst früh am Morgen aufbrechen. Später gibt es einfach zu viele Radler und Busse, die sich über die Haarnadelkurven zum Meer quälen. Uns gefiel der Strand von Port de Pollenca am Besten. Man kann kostenlos an der Uferstraße parken. Auf dem Heimweg von dort kann man sich im Eroski-Supermarkt mit allem eindecken. Besonders appetitlich fand ich die Fleisch- und Wurstwaren. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir waren mit allem (außer dem Regenwetter) zufrieden. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können dieses Haus und die Gegend wirklich nur empfehlen.

Zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben 1 Woche in der liebevoll gepflegten und sauberen Finca verbracht und haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt. Es gab wirklich nichts zu bemängeln! Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einfach schön

Henriette und Jürgen, einfach toll. Preis- /Leistungsverhältnis super. Haben schon wieder für 2012 gebucht. Vielleicht etwas störend die weit entfernte Landstraße (für ganz entfindbare!). Übrigens: man muß mobil sein - am besten einen Kleinwagen.

Wir wurden direkt bei der Ankunft sehr nett empfangen in dieser wunderschönen, kleinen und sehr sauberen Finca ! Man merkt, die Gäste sollen sich hier wohl fühlen. Der Pool wurde einmal in der Woche gereinigt sowie die kompl. Grünanlage bewässert. Dann wurden sogar die Handtücher mitten in der Woche gewechselt - obwohl eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner vorhanden ist. Ein Auto ist unbedingt nötig. Zum wunderschönen Strand nach Port de Pollenca sind es mit dem Auto nur ca. 15 min. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen !
