Stunning View -best location ! Walk everywhere

Beautiful views over Viking Bay from the lounge and dining room. Lovely spacious first floor flat, newly renovated with mid century modern theme. Probably the best location in Broadstairs. Overlooking the beach, it is literally minutes to everything that Broadstairs has to offer. Main Bedroom has super king double bed , second bedroom two 3ft singles. Fully equipped new kitchen and bathroom, and a second toilet, with use of roof area to sit and relax after a long day at the beach. Restaurants and bars of warmth and character are a short stroll along the clifftop. Broadstairs has a micro climate giving a good chance of sun and warmth in summer, but even in winter you will come back from Broadstairs refreshed and revived!
Broadstairs has golden sands, safe swimming, and lots of history to discover. Dickens was a frequent visitor in Victorian times and is still celebrated today in the pub names, Bleak House and Dickens Week ( around the third week in June) when locals dress in costume for the week and there are many events to attend. Not to mention Folk Week every year in August.
Please note there is no parking at the property, but full instructions and options are provided before arrival, with the furthest option only a 5 minute walk away.

Wonderful stay!

We love this appartment, it’s luminous, spacious stylish with some parts of the interior from the seventies. Furthermore direct view to the sea. Very well equiped, everything one needs. Hazel is wonderful, very quick responses and uncomplicted support when needed.

Location location location!

Absolutely stunning views from the sitting room across the bay..... breathtaking. So relaxing. Walking distance from everything in town. Comfortable beds and good shower.

Location and view are perfect

The location is really great, as well as the view over Viking Bay. The lounge is the best place in the flat. Beds are good, one bathroom is newly renovated, the rest of the furniture is a little bit dated. The cutlery and other parts of the kitchen equipment are a mixed bag, but still all that is needed is there. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Early Summer Weekend

My wife and I stayed in the flat for a weekend in June on our first visit to Kent. The flat was exactly as promised. It was lovely and super close to everything with a beautiful view of the water. The host was easy to reach and super helpful which was important to us because we were visiting from out of the country. Highly recommended for anyone in the area.

Always a joy to stay at Hazels lovely flat. People watching from the drawing room and amazing views out to sea. Hazel is very quick to respond and accommodating of any enquiries or requests.

A great view of Viking Bay

We did stay for a week last year and loved it and once again just the same and would like to come back next year. We have stayed many times in Broadstairs over the years and both times we have agreed it is the most relaxing place we have stayed at so thanks once again.

This property was spacious and offered all we needed on top of being in an ideal location.

All round this property offered us all that we needed. The views from the lounge kept us all entertained when we were not out on the beach. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. A very pleasant stay indeed.

Fabulous flat overlooking the beach and promenade

Hi, we loved the flat. The views were amazing. It was quiet, comfortable and light and had everything we needed. It was in a great location and convenient for walking along the coastal paths and catching local buses and trains. Great for people watching too!

Perfect apartment for a relaxing break with the grandkids

Back for a third time to this wonderful apartment overlooking Viking Bay. You could sit all day gazing at the amazing views from the lounge listening to the waves, seagulls and gentle chatter of folk strolling by below. The children sat for hours with binoculars looking at the boats, paddle boarders and swimmers in the sea. So relaxing. A magical place. We love the quirkiness and layout. Everything you could need here - spacious and clean accommodation, bags of hot water for showers, comfy beds - home from home. Great communication with manager - quick response and really helpful. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect seaside holiday

Wonderful views of the bay and beach with the sun streaming in the front room. Middle room quiet and shady. We walked to Ramsgate at low tide, got the wonderful loop bus around, walked to Margate on the Turner Dickens Way. No need for a car.

Paradise spot on Broadstairs

Like the first time we were delighted with our stay in jetty view. The appartment is even bigger now that thé front room has been done ans the view is breathtaking. We had the best of times looking at the view and going for walks tout Ramsgate or to the pub on the way to Margate. The appartment is very well furnished and decorated and the owners have been very accommodating. We will definitely come back again!!

Ideal location. Stunning view and all amenities to hand.

Detailed arrival procedure helped us access the property quickly and easily when we arrived. All was ready for us and as described. Wow! What a view! We spent several happy on the beach making use of the chairs and parasol provided. Our grandaughter was thrilled with the buckets, spades and nets left for her use too! We loved our stay here and the property owner and manager were readily contactable, even helping us when we managed to leave items behind when we left. Would certainly recommend and hope to return soon!

Broadstairs Delight

Great location. Overlooking the beach but was extremely quiet. The facilities in the flat were excellent. Apart from the difficulty in finding the place and going up stairs and over a roof we have nothing detrimental to say about the flat. However your website should say that if you come by train you need to book a cab before you arrive. We didn't. there were none available so we had to walk to the flat with our luggage so not helpful at all.

A stunning view

We had a lovely stat at The Prospect. The flat was spacious ans recently decorated in a 70's style. We enjoyed the view of the living Room as well as fromage the front even if it was still not finished. The only deception was that the TV had a bad reception and we wanted to watch some english TV. .. otherwise the flat is central and we could walk tout the local shops and pubs. You van also enjoy nice walk along the beach to Ramsgate or to the pub on Kingsgate. We will definitely come back when the front room is done.

BEST LOCATION IN KENT

We were undecided wether to stay in Margate, Ramsgate or Broadstairs. So glad we chose Broadstairs and so glad we chose this appartment. It was in a perfect location near quiet wine/cocktail bars and lovely cafes/tapas and seafood eateries. It was also surprisingly very quiet during the day and at night time - unlike Ramsgate or Margate which is more touristy and busy.. The apartment itself was huge with everything you need for a short break or a week or two away. And the view is to die for out of the front windows and Juliet balcony. The contact with the owner was also very good + prompt, despite them living in a different country and time zone. The only downside were the shared rear entrance and shared front entrance porch, which were both a bit messy - not the owners fault I suppose.

Perfect position in Broadstairs

We have just returned from another summer mini break in Broadstairs, our first at this lovely apartment. Our two grandchildren now aged 5 and 9 have been coming with us for the last 5 years and absolutely loved this quirky flat with its exciting entrance across the rooftop at the back, and another door out to the front by the ice cream shop. Chappelini's is their favourite place, so to be living above it was just amazing. The views from the windows and balcony in the lounge are incredible. You could sit there all day looking out at the sea, beach and boats and watch the people below come and go. It's like a scene from a Where's Wally book! The apartment had everything we could possibly need and more. It was clean and spacious and lovely to come back to after a long day on the beach. Hazel is a brilliant host and communicated with us every step of the way. Thank you for letting us share your lovely flat. We will be back!

My family have a long connection with Broadstairs, coming here year on year for our family holidays.
We grew up on the golden sands of Viking Beach, and loved it!
Now we are pleased to share our love of Broadstairs with you!

This flat was purchased by my parents in the 70's and many a sunny week was spent here. Now owned by myself and my brother, we both live overseas( New Zealand and Germany respectively)
but we enjoy coming back for family get-togethers whenever we can.

Please note response to enquiries may not be very fast. Time difference between UK and NZ is about 12 hours. If you book late in the day it will be faster!

Why they chose this property

My parents loved the location. Nothing much has changed since their time, except perhaps more and far better restaurants.

What makes this property unique

The flat is perfect for enjoying the beach, the restaurants, the walks, the shops, the cinema, watching the world go by.
We love the fact we can forget about the car for a few days at least.
