Our Rolling Hills Villa is in a great location 3 miles from Disney and within easy reach of all the theme parks also Universal Studios and SeaWorld/Discovery Cove.

It has a large secluded SSE facing pool and spa (HEATING INCLUDED) set in a spacious deck area with sun loungers, beach chairs and dining table and chairs for al fresco dining and a charcoal BBQ.

Our villa has been furnished to a high standard including having a new pool heater and full a/c system installed 2024. Consisting of 5 bedrooms; 1 king luxurious master suite with a walk in shower, 1 queen, 2 twins plus a 5th bedroom with a bunk bed (single above a double). Also there is a cot and high chair.

Kitchen with breakfast nook and guest's safe. Utility room has washer and drier.
There is a family room and a separate sitting area with formal dining table, making it ideal for 1 or 2 families.

Cable TV's with DVD players are in four bedrooms with the king and queen bedrooms have Blu-Ray players, the bunk room is the one with no TV. The family room is equipped with 47' HD TV, Blu Ray player, and cable TV with over 200 channels to choose from.

The games room is fitted with a pool table and air hockey table.

Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the property, as well as mains powered smoke detectors.

The villa is close to a lot of championship golf courses as well as five Disney courses. Many family friendly bars and restaurants are close by, some close enough to stroll to, as well as many supermarkets, (Large Walmart 5mins away), shops and shopping malls. Disney is near enough for you to drive back to the villa for a rest or swim in the afternoon before returning for the evening parades and firework shows. We hold a strictly NO PETS ALLOWED policy.

This was a very spacious and comfortable stay for our family girls vacation. It was very close to Disney parks. It’s also close to a Walmart for those missing or necessary items. We had a great stay.

Lovely Home & Perfect Location
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home with more than enough room for four of us. The kitchen has everything you need, spacious bathrooms and the heated pool and hot tub were great at the end of long days walking through Disney and Epcot. Short drive from the house to Disney Parks. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely return! Thank you.

Best holiday villa for Disney World
We have been visiting the Disney World parks for over 12 times over 30 years!! We stayed in a variety of homes and with out a doubt this is the best property to date.It was exceptional, not only the property but close location to the parks.We would have no hesitation in returning at our next visit to Florida.

Lovely, very conveniently placed villa
The villa was lovely. It had all the amenities shown in the listing and was extremely conveniently placed for all the attractions you would like to visit in the area. It was also far enough away from the main hustle and hustle to make it lovely and peaceful to come back to. The pool and general area were very private and quiet. Penny was a brilliant host and very responsive to questions.

Perfect base for Disney
If you're looking for a comfortable family sized villa on Disney World's doorstep you've found the right place. We had a wonderful stay in early April 2024 using the villa as our base for visits to the theme parks. The villa is well equipped with all you need for a hassle free stay with restaurants and supermarkets only a short drive away. The bedrooms were a good size and the living space worked well for my family and I. We didn't have time to use the swimming pool but it looked clean and tidy with pool toys and floats on the patio. The host was helpful and responsive to any questions we had before we arrived at the villa and during our stay. We will certainly stay again when we next travel to Florida.

Awesome Stay!
We really enjoyed our vacation at the villa! The pool was very warm and clean with lots of toys for the kids to play with after a long day at the parks. Inside the home was very spacious which provided enough space for our family to be together as well as have quiet time individually. We look forward to our next stay!

Brilliant property!
The location is unreal, 15 mins is the furthest Disney park. Quiet and upmarket estate and a wall mart only 3 minute drive away. The house has five bedrooms, large pool which heats very quickly and is south facing and a full furnished kitchen. The host couldn’t of been more helpful throughout our stay. If we come back again we’ll be booking Penny’s Villa.

Disney World Family Vacation
We were excited to book this property when we saw the pictures and read the numerous positive reviews and personal responses from the owner. When we arrived to the property (which we were easily able to find and get into the property - the instructions were perfect) we were blown away. The property exceeded our expectations!! You could see and smell (by the way there were no lingering cleaning odors they dissipated quickly) that the property had been recently cleaned and that the property had been well maintained. The house was larger than represented in the pictures and we immediately felt at home. It was well stocked with all the things we needed for our stay. The house maintained an even and comfortable temperature despite the exceeding hot temperatures and large 2 story layout of house. The pool, hot tub & lanai were fantastic and a great hit with the whole family. The water was warmed but always refreshing. What a great way to end our days at the parks! The house is in a great location to all sorts of conveniences including the Walmart which we placed pick up orders at. It was easy and quick to get to the parks each day. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would happily rent this property again in the future. I’ve already recommended it to others.

We are a family of six, and had space to really spread out. The house is exactly like pictured and was very clean upon arrival. Convenient to WDW, shopping, and restaurants. Penny was quick to respond to questions and very helpful.

Great property to rent clean house quiet neighborhood and close to everything in Orlando. Hidden gem of an Italian restaurant nearby Villaggio is a must add to dine out. Plenty of room for two families to share with 2 master bedrooms and multiple baths.

FANTASTIC DISNEY VACATION SPOT!
We had a wonderful time staying in this house during our recent Disney vacation. The location cannot be beat! Fifteen minute drive to each park and lots of restaurants near the home. The pool was a great way to spend each afternoon. Comfortable beds as well! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing winter break
This house is awesome and the neighborhood was so easy to get around. Only 4 mins to Walmart for all your needs . My kids and grandkids loved it, especially swimming in Feb after a long day at parks.
