The apartment is in a quiet, small street in the square of Piazza Prati degli Strozzi with its orange trees and playground and the larger square. Metroline A is only 10 min. on foot and the Vatican City, its museum and St. Peter's Cathedral is also at walking distance. Prati is an elegant but lively fin de siècle residential and shopping area with nice boutiques, markethalls, special food and craftshops and plenty of bars, pubs and restaurants.
The apartment itself is on the 4th floor. It is decorated with taste and offers all comforts for a pleasant stay. Last but not least, right next to 9PM and other little shops and restaurants.

The house is on the 4th floor of an elegant 30s building, furnished with furniture from all over the world. The house has a nice living room with a kitchen and a nice balcony overlooking Via Riboty and the quiet Piazza dei Prati degli Strozzi, there is a double bedroom and a comfortable bathroom with a large shower. In the house there are all the necessary accessories to make your stay in Rome comfortable, such as air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster, oven, TV. In the kitchen you will also find all the utensils to prepare your meals in addition to the main ingredients such as coffee, tea, oil, salt and sugar.

Guests will have the entire apartment, a bunch of keys will be provided at the time of ck-in.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Prati district, next to Piazzale Clodio, in a quiet area and served by many buses and the metro. Nearby you will find many pubs, bars, restaurants, bakeries and a convenient supermarket open until 9 pm right in front of the house. Just 300 meters from the house there is the Flower Market possible to buy beautiful ornamental plants and cut flowers. At 800 meters there is one of the most important covered markets in the city, the Triumphal Market, where you will find vegetables, fish and fresh meat as well as clothes of all kinds!
Via Ottaviano and via Cola di Rienzo are the references for city shopping.

The house is located a few meters away from Piazzale Clodio from where many buses depart in the heart of the city (the bus No. 70 will take you in about 15 minutes to Piazza Venezia, 490 and 495 are direct to Tiburtinama station you can get off at Piazza del Popolo stop)
The metro (line A) connecting the major tourist areas of the city is a seven-minute walk, from here you will arrive in 4 stops to Piazza di Spagna in less than 10 minutes and to Termini in 7 stops.
The entrance to the Vatican Museums is only a 10-minute walk away.
